duduzinxp Posted July 15, 2011 Share Posted July 15, 2011 Hi, I noticed anti-virus database status is not showing the status correctly when monitoring network, It shows '?', this happens on avast's vr. 5 and 6 machines, version 4 is ok. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Business Edition or AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64businessbuild1481b4sdl8yknczip http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1481xz1wg0rpkvzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Thanks, Fiery KIS 2012 now appears under Security>Anti-Virus and Security>Firewall (although there is a question mark under Status, possibly due to having Windows Firewall also enabled?) However, KIS 2012 is not listed under Security>Anti-Spyware or Security>Anti-Trojan. If AIDA64 does not recognize KIS as such, I understand, although Windows recognizes it as an Anti-Spyware application, and I believe it has Anti-Trojan features (I may be mistaken on that last point). Guest Mark Posted July 21, 2011 Share Posted July 21, 2011 since this thread is already there... with beta v1.80.1481 avast! free v6.0.1203 is now recognized under Anti-Virus but not under Anti-Spyware or Anti-Trojan, even though the free version has these features aswell.
