difference between memory latency from benchmark option and cmbenchmark

I see there are 2 memory latency tests/options. One is from Menu->Benchmark->Memory Latency. The other is from cache & memory benchmark. They give me different numbers and that confuses me. Is there any difference between these 2 latency tests or it is just run-to-run variations?

They execute the same benchmark, so it's only the run-to-run variation that you experience.  Try to run the benchmark 5 or 10 times, and either average the values or pick the best (lowest) result of them all.
