DRAM rank/bank/bank group, espeically the number of bank group, how I can check that?

Linus Tech Tips showed that some RX6800M laptops using 8GB 1Rx16 DRAM (physically 2GB x 4 chips) and cause slower gaming performance compared to 8GB 1Rx8 DRAM (physically 1GB x 8 chips)

and it looks like to depend on how DDR4 bank group is organised on each DRAM module https://www.jedec.org/sites/default/files/JS_Choi_DDR4_miniWorkshop.pdf (page 4 and 5)

Now I wonder if the same can be applied to my laptop/desktop and how I check that. As far as I know, most custom DRAM module vendors (G.SKILL, GeIL Memory, OLOy, etc) do not have such info on their products, unlike Samsung.

My best guess is that you're able to locate the information you're looking for on the Motherboard / SPD page of AIDA64.

Where exactly will be that information in Motherboard / SPD in Aida64???

What a sad answer to given by an official rep and never followed through with explanations to help the users.
A program that is bragged upon the page by being industry leading with system information.
This is not how you get people onboard to buying licenses and using the program.
And if the program doesn't show the x8 or x16, well, the "industry leading" self bragging is not true.

To clarify, the "1 rank, 16 banks" from the message attached by the user above IS NOT the answer.
I have 1rx8 RAM stick and i get the same 1rank, 16 banks. And is an original OE Samsung stick.
