Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> nVIDIA GPU Registers. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first.

BTW, is the memory clock reported incorrectly when your video card is under load?  Does GPU-Z report the same as Afterburner or the same as AIDA64?

Thanks,
Fiery

I found GPU registers under Video debug - hope it is the same.

yes, they do report incorrectly under load as well. Not sure what to make out of GPU-Z - it shows 50... All 3 shown in the picture  above

Sorry to bring back this topic, but I have the same issue with the latest version of Aida64.... in my Sensor Panel it shows 20802 instead of 10401mhz  (memory clock of my 3080.)

Hi to all i know meaby its late but i had the same issue and while searching app settings found a setting and solved it by entering Prefences-Correction-Add new Gpu1 Memory clock- And change the value "ratio" to 0.5 and then -ok-Apply. After that osd started to show half of the old value which is correct and same value on Afterburner
