Fiery Posted June 5, 2012 Share Posted June 5, 2012 You can use the Statistics tab of the AIDA64 System Stability Test for that purpose, or you can activate Logging in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / Logging.
