RRhoads
I would like to have an option to view my bandwidth on my LCD screen. That would be nice
Fiery
We would love to add that, but so far we couldn't find a proper method to measure current and aggregated network bandwidth, with minimum performance hit (so WMI wouldn't work) We have a very old method on the Network / Windows Network page in AIDA64, but that counter overlaps at 4GB, and these days it's too easy to reach 4GB -- hence it's not really suitable for modern applications. RRhoads
I was thinking more about the current upload and download speed. Say I play a game, and it suddenly starts lagging, I would just look down at my keyboard to see if it was my computer taking up bandwidth. G15netspeed seems to pull it off, http://www.g15mods.com/files/G15NetSpeed-0.0.6.zip (there is a 0.0.9 but no source included), maybe the source will help? Orbu also has a gadget for this http://blog.orbmu2k.de/sidebar-gadgets/network-traffic-sidebar-gadget

Does this include the calculations for the actual speed as apposed to the amount? Like how it sows under network/windows network?

Could we possibly get this feature now for OSD and LCD, now that aida64 is keeping of track beyond 4GB on the Network / Windows Network page? Fiery
We've added NIC Download Rate and NIC Upload Rate to the AIDA64 Hardware Monitoring module. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1236qs6kmn3yrzzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Captain Face-Plant
Thanks a bunch. Working so far on this pc. Will test out other adapters and report back if I encounter any issues, though I doubt there will be any.
