  1. It's not possible due to multiple reasons. First, there's no process or application watching in AIDA64. And also, AIDA64 doesn't support building multiple SensorPanels.
  2. We will implement support for your motherboard in the next AIDA64 beta update.
  3. Make sure to have the latest AMD Adrenalin video drivers installed. Sometimes the installation messes up the AMD video driver API modules. In which case reinstalling the video drivers could help.
  4. So far our conclusion is also that the issue is rather rooted in the firmware (BIOS) handling the onboard sensor chip incorrectly than a bug in AIDA64.
  5. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works.
  6. The mentioned new AIDA64 beta update is now available for download at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta
  7. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> Embedded Controller Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Thanks, Fiery
  8. Thank you for the dumps! The issue will be fixed in the next AIDA64 beta update. I will post a message into this topic once the new beta build becomes available for download.
  9. AIDA64 seems to be unable to use its kernel driver that would be necessary to access sensor chips. It usually happens when the Windows user has no administrator privileges, some files of AIDA64 is missing (e.g. the files for the kernel driver), or when AIDA64 is running in a sandboxed or virtualized environment.
  10. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> ISA Sensor Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Also right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> Embedded Controller Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. Please perform those dumps after a clean Windows restart, without launching HWiNFO or OCCT or FanXpert before launching AIDA64. Thanks, Fiery
  11. You have to make sure the fonts you use to compile your LCD layout are all available in the web browser of your remote device. Lack of fonts on those devices can cause fallback to other fonts and those fonts may have different pixel dimensions when they get rendered.
  12. Constant polling of various sensors could prevent the CPU from using its power-saving techniques efficiently. We're trying to minimize the impact of sensors polling, but Raptor Lake may be quite sensitive to that activity of AIDA64.
  13. Make sure to have both these options enabled in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability: Embedded Controller (EC) support Embedded Controller (EC) bank switching Restart AIDA64 to apply the changes. Let me know if it helps.
  14. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Video Debug --> nVIDIA GPU Registers. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Also right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Video Debug --> nVIDIA SMBus Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. Thanks, Fiery
  15. We currently have no plans to add animations to the SensorPanel.
  16. Are you sure your product key was obtained by purchasing a license in our webstore or from one of our resellers?
  17. Thank you! We're investigating the issue. Do you guys have Ryzen Master installed? We now suspect that it may be a collision between that and AIDA64. BTW, the issue affects older motherboards (e.g. MSI X570) and other 3rd party monitoring software (e.g. HWiNFO64) too.
  18. I'm afraid I cannot find your license in our customers database. I've searched for your email address. If you can send me your email address (the one that you've used for your original purchase) in private message, I can try to find it again. You can also check this page: Why is my AIDA64 product key not working?
  19. Please try the latest AIDA64 update of v6.80.6200 that we've just released, and let us know if it manages to remedy those issues. Thank you for your patience!

  21. Make sure to have both of the following options enabled in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability: Embedded Controller (EC) support Embedded Controller (EC) bank switching As for your assumptions that these values aren't supported on any of the ROG motherboards, fortunately you're wrong, they are actually supported.
  22. Please enable both of these options on the AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability page: Embedded Controller (EC) support Embedded Controller (EC) bank switching
  23. Some CPU SKU's may support a lower memory clock than what the motherboard supports. As for memory amount, that can vary with the CPU SKU as well as the number of DIMM slots installed on the motherboard. AIDA64 shows the maximum capabilities of the actual CPU SKU installed into the motherboard. You will also need to leaf through all IMC's listed on the Motherboard / Chipset page and sum up the memory amounts to find out what the processor(s) with all their available memory controllers can handle when they work in tandem.
