  1. Thank you for your feedback!
  2. Your device lists battery percentage incorrectly as a thermal zone due to a minor firmware bug. Just ignore that line on the Thermal page and focus on the other readings instead.
  3. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps.
  4. We've fixed the bug in the latest AIDA64 beta update available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta It should work now with Memory Integrity enabled too. Let me know how it works on your laptop.

  6. No, AIDA64 cannot overclock any CPUs.
  7. You can download AIDA64 via the Asus Armoury Crate application. In case your hardware comes with a full AIDA64 version, Armoury Create will download such a package for you and install a pre-registered AIDA64 copy for you.
  8. DMI block is read from the BIOS. So whatever strange string you can see there comes from the BIOS.
  9. Thank you! It looks normal, and that's odd Can you please check if the huge fluctuations still present when you disable Turbo Boost? You can do that from AIDA64 too: right-click on the bottom Status Bar --> CPU Tweakings --> Disable Turbo Boost (you can find the button at roughly in the center of the window).
  10. @erixx11 We've implemented preliminary sensor support for your motherboard in the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta
  11. The above mentioned new AIDA64 beta update is now available for download at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta
  12. Thank you for your feedback. We will fix the reported issue in the next AIDA64 beta update.
  13. It definitely shouldn't crash on a stable system. Can you check if it passes if you disable Turbo Boost?
  14. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> CPU Debug --> CPUID & MSR Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Thanks, Fiery
  15. @LeLoT3 Can you please try to disable Low-level SMBus operations in AIDA64 / main / File / Preferences / Stability, restart AIDA64, and check if it makes a difference?
  16. Thank you! Can you please post a screenshot of the PC Monitoring page of the BIOS Setup (UEFI Setup) as well? That would help us to implement advanced sensor support for your motherboard and provide you with a lot more sensor readings than now.
  17. I'm sorry for the late reply. Currently we're investigating the issue by working together with AMD. A temporary workaround that seems to work in most cases like yours is to disable Memory Integrity in Windows Settings / Core isolation.
  18. Does the BSOD happen if you disable Memory Integrity in Windows Settings / Core isolation?
  19. Make sure to enable Embedded Controller (EC) bank switching in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability.
  20. Thank you, we will fix the issue in the next AIDA64 beta update.
  21. As I've stated, the new, adjusted price still doesn't include the inflation rate spikes of late. They are almost the same price as it were with a very steady 2% annual inflation rate, without spikes or drama. And even then our existing customers have already saved a lot by us not raising prices every year by 2%, but instead doing a single adjustment at the end of the mentioned 17 years period. Licensing differences are explained at https://www.aida64.com/licensing As for the basic edition, please note that we're not interested in offering lower-priced products in general. We may or may not lose market that way, but we're adamant that a lower priced product would simply cannibalize the market of the premium (Extreme) variant, and in the end it wouldn't be financially beneficial for us to maintain one more SKU.
  22. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> Sensor Profiling Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Thanks, Fiery
