  1. In AIDA64 please press Ctrl+D -> Sensor Debug -> ISA Sensor Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. If you know it, then please also let us know the correct motherboard model for your computer. Thanks, Fiery
  2. "From what I understand, it's enough to save the .ini file, right?" Yes. "how do I create that .sensorpanel file?" Right-click on the SensorPanel --> SensorPanel Manager --> Export (button) "how do I create multiple skins without deleting the last one created" Right now there's no easy way to manage multiple skins and easily switch between them. You need to export all your skins into a .sensorpanel file, and you can import the one you want to use via right-clicking on the SensorPanel --> SensorPanel Manager --> Import (button).
  3. Thank you! The above mentioned new AIDA64 beta update is available for download at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works.
  4. That's odd. I've sent you a private message about this.
  5. We've notified our newsletter subscribers about it.
  6. Such issues happen when you use a higher DPI (Windows Desktop zoom) setting than 100%. AIDA64 will then upscale the panel to your 125% DPI -- but still, you need to adjust the panel to make sure everything looks right. In the next AIDA64 release of v7.50 we're introducing resizing for images that will help a lot to mitigate such issues. You will be able to use higher DPI (e.g. 200% or even 400%) versions of your images and scale them down to fit your current DPI setting.
  7. We send out the same campaign email to everyone who's subscribed to our newsletter, regardless of the type of product they are using. Our campaign email mentions AIDA64 Extreme several times, and IMHO it's quite clear that the offer is only valid for AIDA64 Extreme. That's why the links in the email take you to our webshop where AIDA64 Extreme is already put in the shopping basket. I'm sorry to hear you purchased the wrong product, but rest assured you get your money back in a few days. Cleverbridge indeed uses a manual process for refunds.
  8. Maybe you've enabled the option called Pause panel updates in full-screen mode in AIDA64 / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / SensorPanel? When that option is enabled, AIDA64 will stop updating the SensorPanel while you're playing a full-screen game.
  9. BF promotion starts soon now
  10. I've sent you your product key in email.
  11. In AIDA64 please press Ctrl+Alt+D --> System Debug --> USB Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. Thanks, Fiery
  12. Not at all
  13. Thank you, we will fix the issue in the next AIDA64 beta update.
  14. If you're looking for a 100.0 MHz BCLK instead of 100.1 MHz, then you may want to enable BCLK rounding: go to AIDA64 / Preferences, press the OK button, close AIDA64, navigate to AIDA64 installation folder, open the file called AIDA64.INI for editing, search for the line that starts with RoundedFSB= , and change it to RoundedFSB=1 Make sure to use the latest AIDA64 beta build available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta
  15. You need to remove the file called PKEY.TXT from AIDA64 installation folder.
  16. You need to ask for a refund at G2A.

  19. 1) We'll fix the CPU VDD and CPU Core voltage measurement issues in the next AIDA64 beta update. 2) I don't think your motherboard is capable of measuring VDDQ voltage. I cannot see it listed in ASRock's own utility. 3) There's some weird anomaly about MOS temperature measurement. As you can see, HWiNFO has the same issue about measuring it as AIDA64. Truth be told, AIDA64 shows it as South Bridge temperature 4) We'll check the rest of the issues you've mentioned.
  20. Yes The issue will be fixed in the next AIDA64 beta update.
  21. In AIDA64 please press Ctrl+D --> Sensor Debug --> ISA Sensor Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. Thanks, Fiery
  22. We currently have no plans to work on such a native module for AIDA64.
  23. No problem, and I'm glad you've been able to figure out why the discrepancy occured.
