  1. This seems to be an issue occuring in the video driver. Do you have AMD or nVIDIA video card?
  2. It's because most laptops do not feature sophisticated sensor chips like desktop motherboards.
  3. We've fixed that particular issue in the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Cache and memory benchmarks are fine in that beta already, but CPU and FPU benchmarks need further tweaking. We're planning to release a fully Alder Lake optimized stable update to AIDA64 in mid-December.
  4. That's what your system is capable in terms of multi-threaded memory bandwidth. Your result isn't that much lower to a comparable FSB based Intel systems, only 3 rows above your result. That reference system (QX9650) has twice as many CPU cores though and that helps to squeeze more performance out of the system memory.
  5. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works.
  6. Do you have the External IP Address item on your layout?
  7. I'm afraid we have no technical information on how to do that
  8. Try to ask the seller about it. We have no idea what protocol does it use without a sample or further technical information
  9. You seem to be using an old version of AIDA64. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps.
  10. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works.
  11. We do not want to overcomplicate our app that way, but we'll add the unofficial codenames without you having to flip any setting.
  12. We'll change our app manifest accordingly in the next AIDA64 app update due this week.
  13. I'm afraid I cannot find your entry in our customer's database. I've tried to search for your email address, your full name and your last name, but no luck. If you have an idea about what email you've used during the purchasing process, or what other name you may have specified as customer name, please send those info to me in private message.
  14. Sign up to our newsletter to get notified about any upcoming sales and special offers https://www.aida64.com/goto?p=newsletter
  15. Trial version supports all hardware and all readings. The evaluation period is to let you decide whether AIDA64 is suitable for your needs or not. I've also sent you a private message about this matter.
  16. Those are impossible temperatures for a PC component and so you can ignore them. Focus on the CPU Core #x readings instead.
  17. I suppose your motherboard reports fan RPM readings via IPMI. In that case you can find the fan speeds on the Computer / IPMI page in AIDA64.
  18. AIDA64 doesn't support special characters or custom characters for alphanumerical displays. Hence a "big date" that you've shown on your photo cannot be achieved with AIDA64 I'm afraid.
  19. Try to re-arrange your displays in a way that the smaller screen is positioned to the left of the main monitor. Let me know if it helps.
  20. Thank you for your feedback. We will fix the reported issue in the next AIDA64 app update.
  21. What motherboard do you have?
  22. 1) We have no control over the firmware and its behavior of those panels, so we cannot fix any such issues 2) I'm not sure what exactly do you expect by "similar", but make sure to check BeadaPanel: http://www.nxelec.com/products/hmi/beadapanel-media-display It has a 5-inch version by now.
  23. You can use that screen as an external monitor, and you can use the SensorPanel on it.
  24. SensorPanel is only suitable for such external screens that appear as monitors under Windows. Typically such devices are connected via DSub, DVI, HDMI, or DisplayPort interface. However, for a few years now there're also USB Type-C connected monitors as well, so I cannot state specifically that any USB screens are non-monitors anymore As for the AIDA64 LCD module: the devices supported there are non-monitor devices. So when you connect those to your PC (typically via USB), they don't appear as a secondary monitor, and you cannot extend the Windows Desktop to those screens.
  25. What kind of crash is it? Does AIDA64 throw an exception? Does Windows throw a BSoD? Does your computer lock up? Does your computer restart suddenly?
