  1. We haven't received a single response from Lian Li
  2. I've performed the explained steps to upgrade to the v7.10 firmware, but the device no longer works after the upgrade. I've tried to do it again, from scratch, but still, it doesn't boot up anymore. The blue LED lights up, but nothing shows on the screen and the device doesn't appear as a USB device under Windows. Maybe our device (NHBC05A) isn't compatible with v7.10 firmware? Microcontroller label reads MCIMX6G2CVM05AB, so it seems to be a "6G" device that should be compatible with v7.10. Anyway, we've just ordered a BeadaPanel 6 device to help us diagnose this issue with the latest firmware ready & working. We'd prefer to revert the BeadaPanel 5 device to firmware v5.02. Can you please send us that firmware with files+instructions?
  3. You got it
  4. In certain workloads performance increases after disabling SMT.
  5. 2 reasons: ZLib is a GPR benchmark and so it doesn't "jump" because of AVX-512 support. Other reason: the 7975WX system has SMT disabled, while the old 3970X has SMT enabled.
  6. We'll add it in the next AIDA64 beta update.
  7. Something got mixed up about the AIDA64 kernel driver. Try to restart Windows, in most cases that helps.
  8. I've just sent you a private message about this issue.
  9. In AIDA64 please press Ctrl+D --> System Debug --> USB Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. Thanks, Fiery
  10. Quite frankly, since Odospace is already there, we don't have the urge to reinvent the wheel
  11. GSM includes 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G. Network type will indicate the actual network the phone is connected to.
  12. Since what we do fails to work, and we cannot figure it out by ourselves, yes, we need Lian Li to assist.
  13. Make sure to have the option called Embedded Controller (EC) support enabled (checked) in AIDA64 / Preferences / Stability. If you have it enabled already, then in AIDA64 please press Ctrl+D --> Sensor Debug --> Embedded Controller Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post.

  18. We do care. We have developed a Lian Li hardware monitoring module for AIDA64, but for some reason it fails to work. And I'm afraid so far we couldn't figure out why it fails to work. We reached out to Lian Li and asked for help (technical details on their fans) 5 months ago, but got not response from the company.
  19. I think you're mixing current and voltage values for +3.3V, +5V and +12V rails
  20. I suppose the slow sensor polling is caused by slow access to the MSI MCU where some of the sensor readings (VDD Misc, +1.8V and Chipset voltages) are polled from.
  21. I'm afraid Corsair still refuses to allow other software/apps to poll various hardware of theirs. So when iCUE is running, you cannot properly poll Corsair devices from AIDA64.

  23. Yes, you can enable/disable Corsair AXi sensor support in AIDA64 Preferences / Stability. Please avoid posting a single issue into multiple topics.
