  1. Thank you! Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps. If not, then please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> VideoDebug --> ATI GPU Registers. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first.

  9. Do you have any special network adapters that may disappear from Windows when your computer becomes idle? Maybe a WiFi adapter?

  11. We suspect this is due to a Windows 10 update that prevents AIDA64 from measuring BCLK properly. We're still investigating this...
  12. Our conclusion is that it's due to a video driver bug. We're waiting for the new generation (Adrenalin 2021) AMD video drivers and expect the issue to be resolved in there.
  13. What kind of 5" LCD screen do you have?
  14. We're receiving reports about such issues with Radeon video cards. The Adrenalin 2020 20.12 Series drivers seem to be the culprit, but so far we couldn't verify that theory on our own. We're hoping that the Adrenalin 2021 drivers will be rolled out soon and that one will fix this issue.
  15. Thank you! I'm afraid we cannot identify the registers that may hold the fan RPM reading for your system. Sadly most laptops use a proprietary and undocumented EC (Embedded Controller) register layout that only the manufacturer could relate to actual sensor readings.
  16. So far we haven't found any bugs in AIDA64 that could be related to the issue you've reported, or that could be tied to the hardware you've got. When you have a chance, try to upgrade to the latest AIDA64 version of 6.32, and check if it makes a difference. Also make sure to update the motherboard BIOS to the latest one, as well as to the latest ForceWare video drivers you have available for your video card.

  18. All I know is that in theory the BIOS should clearly know what to put into the mentioned PCI registers to make sure everything looks okay and accurate about the PCI Express Root Ports, both their capabilities and their current/active settings. The reason why it's not the case on many motherboards must be negligence on the part of the BIOS engineers. If you have doubts about whether it's a BIOS bug or an AIDA64 bug, just check the reported information against information reported by another sysinfo software.
  19. That's the performance you get from a slow USB protocol I'm afraid. We cannot fix this issue from our end.
  20. Right now, no We've run out of ideas about this right now.
  21. In Stability settings try to disable GPU sensor support, although that may mean giving up on too many readings for you. And my hunch is that the motherboard sensor is the one that causes the headaches, not the GPU.
  22. I'm afraid there's no solution to that issue. CAM takes exclusive control of the device and doesn't allow 3rd party applications to access the device while CAM is running. You as a customer (and other NZXT device owners) have to put more pressure on NZXT to unlock the possibility to have the device polled by multiple software simultaneously.
  23. From that list GPU Diode is measured by the GPU directly, while the rest is measured by the iCX2 chip of your video card.
  24. We're aware of that issue, but so far couldn't find out how to fix it on our end. The video driver seems to be reporting invalid (zero or negative) clocks when the GPU is idle.
