Racing Simulator causes issue

When starting Assetto Corsa my sensor display snaps to half on the main display, half on my sensor. 
Workaround is to stop before I put car in gear to start racing and drag the display back to fully on the 8.8” display… 

Is there a way to stop that from happening?

Bottom pic is after race and out of Assetto Corsa race…. Have to drag back a second time….
