Asus X99-A USB 3.1 DIMM Temp Sensors

Hi Fiery,

 

Lately I'm only seeing one DIMM temperature sensor available, DIMM4. I'm on latest beta 3805.

 

MB Asus X99-A USB 3.1 BIOS 2101

DIMMS: 4x G Skill F4-3200C14-8GVR (32GB total)

 

Not sure which log you need :-)

Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> SMBus Dump (Full). Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first.

Hi Fiery,

 

Here you go. I rattled the DIMMs on the MB and DIMM1 now shows too, but not the other two DIMMs. Weird, as memory is working fine - I just went through three hours of stress testing with all 32GB and done other memory testing.

Thank you, that dump looks just fine. Do you have the option DIMM TS sensor support enabled in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability? If not, then enable it, restart AIDA64, and check the Sensor page again

Yes, it's checked. Looks like it must be a component-specific situation. I'll have to do some more DIMM module tinkering.
