Darkje
Just wanted to report: v1.70 does not show temps and smart data for my raid-ed (intel ich10) hdd's, where 1.60 did. I was amazed 1.6 did read the smart data and temps of my raid disks, as no other program seems to be able to, but it seemed actual correct data to me, and I liked it. but now with 1.7 this unique functionality has gone? (no smart data for both wd5001's) is this by design, or did anything change in that part? could this function be reenabled? best regards, Darkje
Fiery
We've made RAID SMART support disabled by default, since Intel's flawed RST RAID drivers caused too many issues. You can however try to upgrade to the latest Intel RST driver in a hope that Intel has fixed those issues, and re-enable RAID SMART support in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability. After altering the stability option, make sure to restart AIDA64.
Darkje
Ah just found it! thanks! works great again after enabling it in the prefs/stability, using the rst 10.1.0.1008whql drivers. Thanks for the quick answer, good job on the update!
Squall Leonhart
10.5.0.1022 is the latest, however its intel self signed fixes several raid and SSD issues, as well as crashing in HDTunePro.
