Yes, it's coming in a few days, in the next AIDA64 beta build.

Here's the first AIDA64 beta to measure Hotspot and VRAM temperature for nVIDIA video cards:

After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.

Hi there, I see GPU Memory in the sensor panel, but it is not accurate - any idea how to get this to work? I just downloaded the latest version. Thank you!

Try latest beta version of AIDA64
