  1. Please check the latest AIDA64 beta build available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta Thank you for your patience about this matter!
  2. Not yet. Is it possible to handle the display in that keyboard for custom (3rd party) purposes?
  3. Yes, both the SensorPanel layout and the LCD layout(s) are included in the AIDA64.INI file. However, the corresponding images may also be located in the installation folder of AIDA64, under a sub-folder called SensorPanel or <yourLCDprotocol LCD>
  4. I'm glad it works again. Thank you for letting us know about the resolution.
  5. Have you tried to reset the position of the SensorPanel in AIDA64 / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / SensorPanel / Reset Position (button) ?
  6. I'm glad it's working again. Thank you for your feedback!
  7. You need to copy the following files over from the old folder to the new one: AIDA64.BENCHRESULTS.HIS AIDA64.BENCHRESULTS.INI AIDA64.INI AIDA64.MONDIAG.INI AIDA64.SST.INI PKEY.TXT
  8. Support for the 8-inch Turing display is coming soon, in a few days, in the next AIDA64 beta update
  9. Thank you for checking the new beta out. Please let us know what happens if you disconnect the BeadaPanel display device from your computer when the "Not Responding" issue happens in AIDA64.
  10. We may come up with such enhancements to the AIDA64 LCD and SensorPanel modules, but those are not in our short-term plans right now.
  11. Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works.

  15. In AIDA64 please press Ctrl+D --> Video Debug --> nVIDIA SMBus Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. Thanks, Fiery
  16. Which subtests (e.g. CPU, FPU, system memory, etc) of the AIDA64 System Stability Test do you have ticked (checked) when the described issue occurs?
  17. No solution yet. You guys who wanna use NZXT CAM together with AIDA64 need to put more pressure on NZXT to collaborate with us on this issue.
  18. You cannot do that directly since .gslcd files aren't ZIP archives. You need to import the .gslcd file into AIDA64 (in AIDA64 / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / LCD / LCD Items) and edit the layout there.
  19. In your case largest cache is the L3 cache and it's 64 MB. So the amount of RAM required by AIDA64 to execute its memory benchmarks is no more than 1.5 GB. So you should be fine with 64 GB RAM. In case the memory benchmarks fail to work, try to restart Windows and check if it helps.
  20. I have no idea what Asus did inside their Armoury Crate world, but AIDA64 installation package includes the DLL you've mentioned. So unless Asus removed that file from the AIDA64 installation folder, it should still work with AIDA64. Please go to AIDA64 installation folder and check if it has the file there. If it's removed, you can put it back from the portable ZIP package of AIDA64. Just make sure to use v7.xx ZIP package in case you're still on the old AIDA64 channel (v7.xx). This is crucial because the new generation AIDA64 (v8.00) includes a 64-bit DLL whereas AIDA64 v7.xx requires 32-bit DLL libraries.
  21. Thank you! It's odd, your Elgato device shows up among the USB devices just fine, and its device ID is what AIDA64 expects as Stream Deck Mk.2. Can you please check again if your can activate Elgato LCD support in AIDA64 Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / LCD?
  22. It's only in November, so I've sent you a private message to deal with this issue quickly & efficiently
  23. In AIDA64 please press Ctrl+D --> System Debug --> USB Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. Thanks, Fiery
