Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps. If not, then please post a screenshot of the Computer / Sensor page of AIDA64 to let us check the currently measured fan headers and their labels.

Stress test not maintaining 100% gpu use
Fiery replied to Jonas Barbosa's topic in Benchmarking, system performance
It's because in order to support a wide range of GPU's, it uses the industry standard GPU compute API OpenCL. And with OpenCL you issue a computing task that loads the GPU to 100%, and you need to issue the new task to the OpenCL layer once it finished. That new task then gets compiled by OpenCL which loads the CPU but not the GPU. At that stage momentarily the GPU gets to "rest" a bit and then the new computing task begins. And then the cycle goes on... -
Recommendations for single optical bay screen
Fiery replied to SnarlingFox's topic in Hardware monitoring
That's tough, there aren't many options that we know of. This one may be closest to your requirements: https://www.matrixorbital.com/eve3x-39a Matrix Orbital has a fleet of 1U displays but I don't think any of them would be a colour graphical display Aquaero 5 and 6 are killer ones but they only implement a monochrome graphical screen. Crystalfontz has the CFA835, but it's also grayscale: https://www.crystalfontz.com/c/usb-lcd-displays/graphic/2 -
Judging by the HID device information, this one uses a different USB protocol to transmit bitmaps than the Rival 710 mouse or the Apex 5/7/Pro keyboards. So it's not straightforward to add support for this. We would either need to know what HID packets we need to send to the device to transmit the image data, or have a device here to use as test unit. I'm not sure how skilled you are about such deep stuff: do you think you could find out the packet structure to give us specific guidelines on how to talk to the device to transmit the image data?

AIDA64 doesn't poll AquaComptuer devices for all available measurements, but only those that we reckon are relevant to our typical customers.

Ah, thank you, I didn't know about that. It's quite misleading and discouraging for potential buyers We've ordered our unit.

This sounds like a hardware issue rather than a software one. Try to contact Asus about this issue.

I think your best bet for such a custom solution would be to develop a Windows application that polls either the shared memory, Registry or WMI interfaces that AIDA64 exposes (see: AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / External Applications) and send the values in a format you find best to the serial port of your choice.

Sounds like a memory leak issue. Can you please check the memory footprint of AIDA64.EXE process using the Task Manager both after starting AIDA64 and after cca. 5-10 minutes -- before it quits, of course

Yes, we do have plans to support that new device of Aquacomputer. We will contact them for technical details and will also order a unit once it becomes available for purchase.

SteelSeries Apex Pro TKL OLED display suddenly stopped working
Fiery replied to Hakim El Ghazouani's topic in Bug reports
Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> System Debug --> USB Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Thanks, Fiery -
It is possible to switch page with un virtuel button in remote sensor ?
Fiery replied to Dofyx's topic in General Discussion
It's not possible. We've imagined the RemoteSensor to be used in a multi-page layout in a way that you'd design a 2x or 4x larger layout than what your device can display, and you can use pinch-zoom to move to the part of the layout you'd like to see at any given time. -
Fix the scroll flickering when scrolling and the performance.
Fiery replied to andro_marian's topic in Bug reports
That's normal, and it's because the content of the page is dynamically updated as AIDA64 collects the information of the chart in real-time. Flickering is because of the dynamic and automatic sorting. -
AIDA64 cannot detect EC firmware version because there's no generic (standardized) method or way to detect that system property.

Sensors disappeared (Asus ROG Strix X570-E Gaming)
Fiery replied to Nemesis2264's topic in Hardware monitoring
You need to have both EC (Embedded Controller) related options that you can find in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability enabled (checked). -
Technically how AIDA64 detects the hard disk serial number?
Fiery replied to tomlange's topic in General Discussion
AIDA64 reads the HDD/SSD serial number from the drive itself, by querying the ATA ID block.
