  1. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Video Debug --> nVIDIA GPU Registers. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Also right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Video Debug --> nVIDIA SMBus Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. Thanks, Fiery
  2. We currently have no plans to add animations to the SensorPanel.
  3. Are you sure your product key was obtained by purchasing a license in our webstore or from one of our resellers?
  4. Thank you! We're investigating the issue. Do you guys have Ryzen Master installed? We now suspect that it may be a collision between that and AIDA64. BTW, the issue affects older motherboards (e.g. MSI X570) and other 3rd party monitoring software (e.g. HWiNFO64) too.
  5. I'm afraid I cannot find your license in our customers database. I've searched for your email address. If you can send me your email address (the one that you've used for your original purchase) in private message, I can try to find it again. You can also check this page: Why is my AIDA64 product key not working?
  6. Please try the latest AIDA64 update of v6.80.6200 that we've just released, and let us know if it manages to remedy those issues. Thank you for your patience!
  7. The latest AIDA64 update introduces optimized benchmarks for AMD Ryzen 7000 and Intel Core 13000 Series processors, and supports the latest AMD and Intel CPU platforms as well as the new graphics and GPGPU computing technologies by both AMD and nVIDIA. 8. Make sure to have both of the following options enabled in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability: Embedded Controller (EC) support Embedded Controller (EC) bank switching As for your assumptions that these values aren't supported on any of the ROG motherboards, fortunately you're wrong, they are actually supported.
  9. Please enable both of these options on the AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability page: Embedded Controller (EC) support Embedded Controller (EC) bank switching
  10. Some CPU SKU's may support a lower memory clock than what the motherboard supports. As for memory amount, that can vary with the CPU SKU as well as the number of DIMM slots installed on the motherboard. AIDA64 shows the maximum capabilities of the actual CPU SKU installed into the motherboard. You will also need to leaf through all IMC's listed on the Motherboard / Chipset page and sum up the memory amounts to find out what the processor(s) with all their available memory controllers can handle when they work in tandem.
  11. If everything goes well, in a few days Make sure to subscribe to our Newsletter: https://www.aida64.com/goto?p=newsletter
  12. You can switch to the regular AIDA64 Extreme Edition by downloading the latest AIDA64 beta ZIP package from: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta Extract the ZIP content into the existing installation folder of AIDA64. Let it overwrite any existing files. It will retain your existing settings and your license as well. After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.
  13. Virtualized environment are formed around sandboxed software too. In your case it's most likely that something forces AIDA64 into a sandboxed environment.
  14. In the short run I cannot promise a quick & easy fix for that issue. We may be able to come up with a workaround, but most likely it can only happen next year.
  15. We feel the message is quite self-explanatory. In order to obtain proper and trustworthy benchmark results you need to make sure AIDA64 benchmarks are not executed in a virtualized environment. If you keep virtualization active, it will affect benchmark results. You can live with that, of course, but then I'd personally not run AIDA64 benchmarks and just focus on the other features AIDA64 provides you with.
  16. Thank you, we'll fix the issue in the next AIDA64 update.
  17. Please post a similar screenshot of the System page of AIDA64 too, and we will fix the issue in the next AIDA64 app update. Thank you!
  18. It's not possible right now.
  19. AIDA64 doesn't support measuring battery state of PS or XBox controllers.
  20. Your motherboard hasn't got any identification strings encoded that would let us identify it or tell it apart from other motherboards. I'm afraid due to that limitation we cannot automatically have PCH diode temperature measurement disabled for your motherboard. You need to ask the manufacturer of your motherboard to either add proper identification strings to the DMI block, or you need to patch DMI in a way to add the motherboard product name into the DMI block, or ask the manufacturer of your motherboard to fix the BIOS bug that causes the whole mess about PCH diode temperature measurement.
  21. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> OS Debug --> Windows Update Dump. Please let us know what value is displayed in the line starting with GetProductInfo near the top of the results of that dump. It should be something like 0x00000030 Thanks, Fiery
  22. You can find it here: https://download.aida64.com/resources/lcd/ax206_lcd_driver.zip
  23. @Charlie Chou @Nephrite Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works.
  24. Thank you! Somehow the standard AMD graphics API (ADL) is either missing or fails to work on your system. Can you please try to reinstall the video drivers, and maybe upgrade to the latest beta version of 22.10.1 as well?
  25. Can you please check what AIDA64 reports as Manufacturer and Product on the Computer / DMI page, inside both the System and Motherboard subpages? I hope those values will help us identify your motherboard properly.
