  1. One of the previous stress test sessions may have been terminated less gracefully. It's nothing to worry about.
  2. My best guess is that you're able to locate the information you're looking for on the Motherboard / SPD page of AIDA64.
  3. One of the previous stress test sessions may have been terminated less gracefully. Have you tried pressing the Dismiss button?
  4. That's normal, and it's because the content of the page is dynamically updated as AIDA64 collects the information of the chart in real-time. Flickering is because of the dynamic and automatic sorting.
  5. AIDA64 cannot detect EC firmware version because there's no generic (standardized) method or way to detect that system property.
  6. You need to have both EC (Embedded Controller) related options that you can find in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability enabled (checked).
  7. You need to have both EC (Embedded Controller) related options that you can find in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability enabled (checked).
  8. Something must be happening in the background that makes AIDA64 EC (Embedded Controller) polling to collide with it. Maybe you have Asus AI Suite installed, or there're remaning portions of it still installed on your system?
  9. AIDA64 reads the HDD/SSD serial number from the drive itself, by querying the ATA ID block.
  10. Please note that it's not possible to diagnose such issues remotely. You may want to take your phone to a local specialist and have it checked out.
  11. I'd try to lower the memory frequency and/or loosen on the timings a little bit.
  12. Have you tried to restart Windows after entering your product key into AIDA64?
  13. Please post a screenshot of the System page of AIDA64 as well, and we will fix the issue in the next AIDA64 for Android app update.
  14. Since your display connects to your computer and handled by Windows as a secondary monitor, I don't think the issue is related to AIDA64. It sounds more like a generic hardware issue that only the manufacturer of your device (Waveshare) can resolve for you.
  15. As long as you're not running Corsair's own iCUE software in the background, AIDA64 should be able to pick up the thermal readings from your Commander Pro unit.
  16. Can you see a thermal reading for your 2nd CPU in the BIOS Setup (UEFI Setup) ?
  17. We've checked it, and couldn't reproduce the issue. Can you please export your LCD layout and attach it to your post? Alternatively, if you want to send it to us in email, please send me a private message about this.
  18. Thank you for your bug report! We will fix the reported issue in the next AIDA64 app update.
  19. Most notebooks do not have such information in our hardware databases. It's because notebook motherboards aren't exposed and specified as publicly as desktop PC motherboards.
  20. On the Chipset page AIDA64 shows the maximum capabilities for the memory controller. The actual system may enforce further limitations on the maximum memory it can handle. It's best if you consult Lenovo about this issue.
  21. Ryzen Master uses averaging on the thermal readings, as opposed to AIDA64 that shows the immediate thermal readings. We prefer not to process the thermal readings and just show the values as the processor reports them.
  22. Please note that it's not possible to diagnose such issues remotely. You may want to take your phone to a local specialist and have it checked out.
  23. Please note that it's not possible to diagnose such issues remotely. You may want to take your phone to a local specialist and have it checked out.
  24. Thank you for your feedback. Please note that on many devices the standard Android Battery API is inadequately implemented, and fails to provide proper charge counter information for the battery. If you want, you can hide the incorrect charge counter information from the Battery page by unchecking the charge counter option in the AIDA64 Settings.
  25. We haven't tried a RAM disk, but it sounds like an intriguing idea. As for the URL, if you set one, you can click on the image and it will open that URL in your web browser.
