    Final surface process that we chosed are brushed finishing(wire drawing) + anodic oxidation. So the pictures are very close to the final product since all dimensions & processes are determined. We chose brushed finishing to avoid reflection, artifact and finger prints, etc.

    Yes we will definately have these cases selling in our ebay shop. In past 2 months we spent a lot of time to try many variants for case constructions. And this make us a little behind of schedule. Fortunately we are arriving now. Here is a picture for 5" CNC aluminum case.

    Engineering sample of 6.8" CNC aluminum case back in lab today. We will have a small batch of production soon. The color options will include silver and black.

    Thanks for the feedback. Yes a plastic case will be in lowest unit price but there are one time mold design cost and MOQ demands for plastic injection(5k-10k/batch). So we decide to take CNC aluminum case as a start. Of course we will consider back plastic solution when sales increase tremendously For the surface process, we will choose anodic oxidation with a matt surface(black and silver color). We plan to have an aluminum case for our 6.8" suite either, a similar scenario with the 5" suite. I will update you here as soon as further progress( e.g. engineering samples, purchase links, 6.8" solutions) outcome in future.

    We are designing an aluminum case for BeadaPanel 5" screen now. And here is an initial drawing for the mold. Any comments or suggestions on that prototype? @criskoe @xmanrigger

    Do you have measurement data for dimensions and mounting holes?

    BeadaPanel will appear as a Windows monitor when you install this graphics driver. You can uninstall the driver if you want link AIDA64.

    “backlight = 0” in hardware section does not mean to shut off power supply of USB port, in fact it means to set backlight level of LCD screen to zero.

Yes AIDA64 will still display hardware status when screen lockup.

    You can 'rotate' the LCD screen in AIDA64 LCD Preference page if you have a template in vertical orientation.

    All BeadaPanel screens equipped with a Micro-USB port so one can use a convert cable to connect it to mother board 2.54 header.

    This 3.5" screen works quite well, as soon as I connect it with my AIDA64 Engineer V6.50.5800.

    BeadaPanel 3.5" IPS screen is a new model optimised for AIDA64 users. It is equipped with a 480x320 IPS screen and in same form factor as a 2.5" SSD. Some preview pictures.

    To shut off backlight in BeadaPanel standby mode, you can open anitmaion.ini file in console folder by Windows Notepad and uncomment second last line of ";backlight = 90" to "backlight = 0"
