All you have to do is load the panel, then use image editing software to resize the background to what you want. Then move and resize all the elements so they fit in the smaller area (do things like lower font size, etc) then just change the panel area in options. Finally export your resized panel so you can load it again later.

yes you can you can make the set the transparency to 0% or what ever percent in the sensorpanel settings in aida to not show background color

I think what you are asking is not possible there is a post from 9 years ago that they were "working on it" if you set transparency it affects everything not just the wallpapers. This would be a great feature so you could use a wallpaper engine behind your readings

I do light colors for the background, dark colors for everything else, and about 12% transparency.

Thanks for the answers, in fact I saw that it cannot be done. It would be a useful option, I wanted to keep my animated wallpaper with only the percentage numbers on it.

I knows it's very limited, but you could use the OSD panel for a few values.

Yeah, like others of stated the transparency on the sensor panel affects everything. Still can look decent though.

Some custom gauges I made for the red panel/steampunk fan. Let me know if you like them and are interested in the full size gauges so you can size them yourself.

If you look closely, the outside ring is brushed metal

As the name indicates, these are 175x175 and best suited for a black background.

Transparency has not been applied.
