BHSY Posted Wednesday at 04:30 PM Posted Wednesday at 04:30 PM (edited) Hello @Fiery, I’ve run into a problem with the GPU Hotspot sensor. Yesterday I noticed it reports the same temperature as GPU Temp. I set it up as a simple sensor item and a custom gauge, but after saving, and re‑importing, it always reverts to GPU Temp. I also tried setting it up as a sensor item; the result was the same. For reference, I’m currently using AIDA64 version 8.40.8510 Beta with an Asus TUF RTX 5070 Ti Gaming 16GB running the latest NVIDIA driver 617.42. The same result occurs on version 8.40.8505 Beta as well. Please refer to the attached screenshots. Best regards, Bryan (BHSY) Edited Friday at 12:11 AM by BHSY 1 Quote
JariKoi Posted Sunday at 08:02 PM Posted Sunday at 08:02 PM I’m having exactly the same problem with this version of AIDA64 8.35.8400 with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090FE. 1 Quote
BHSY Posted yesterday at 10:14 AM Author Posted yesterday at 10:14 AM Hello @Fiery, I’ve run into another issue. The AIDA64 FPS sensor isn’t working either, so I’m stuck reverting to RTSS. Please look into the GPU Hotspot and AIDA64 sensor. Thank you. 1 Quote
JariKoi Posted yesterday at 10:22 AM Posted yesterday at 10:22 AM I also noticed yesterday while gaming that the AIDA FPS sensor shows 0. 1 Quote
Mice007 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago @JariKoi @BHSY Please try to do a windows restart and check FPS measurement again. If still shows zero, let us know what kind of game you trying when experiencing this issue. Quote

I’ve been playing that game quite a lot lately.🥷 Quote

After restarting my system as you suggested, AIDA FPS monitoring works correctly. However, if I put the system to sleep and then resume, the FPS counter stops working. I tried restarting my system again afterwards, but the issue remained. I even closed and reopened the AIDA64 program, but it still doesn't work. For reference, the other games I'm currently playing are Onimusha: Way of the Sword and The Division 2. Both games are having the same issue. Quote
