We've updated the kernel drivers.  Make sure to restart Windows to apply the changes.

Thank you for your reply.  Something must have been mixed up after the upgrade.  Please try to close AIDA64, download the latest beta ZIP package, extract the whole contents into the existing installation folder of AIDA64, and let it overwrite any existing files.  Restart Windows one more time, and check if it works.  If not, then please check if your motherboard is properly identified (on the Computer / Summary page of AIDA64 for example).

Thanks for your reply and help ;)

After uninstalling the previous aida64 and restarting the computer, I extracted the latest beta zip in a new folder (without keeping the ini from the previous install).

Symptoms are exactly the same as in my initial post and the motherboard is correctly identified in computer / summary page.

It's very odd :(  Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> ISA Sensor Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first.

Thank you.  I'm afraid the AIDA64 kernel driver is still not working on your system.  We've done several test runs, and the updated kernel driver in the latest AIDA64 beta build of 4944 works fine.  So the issue must be that either the old kernel driver got stuck on your system, and the new beta fails to load it for some reason.  Other than reinstalling AIDA64 and restarting Windows, I'm not sure what else can be done :( In other cases that procedure fixes similar issues all the time.

We've done further test runs, but it still works properly for us.  The issue is still due to the kernel driver mixup: try to backup your settings (AIDA64.INI file in AIDA64 installation folder), remove AIDA64 from your system, restart Windows, download the latest AIDA64 beta build, and check it again.

The new kernel driver of AIDA64 v5.99.4960 Beta is not working on your system.  It's most likely because the old kernel driver got stuck in the driver cache of your Windows installation.  Try to remove all AIDA64 versions from your system, restart Windows and download + extract the latest AIDA64 beta build.

Can you please check the Event Logs?  Maybe it shows why your Windows installation fails (or refuses) to load the new AIDA64 kernel driver that was introduced in AIDA64 Beta Build 4944.

Thank you for your feedback.  Yes, certain NVMe SSDs are capable of measuring 2 different temperatures.  The second temperature is most likely indicates the SSD controller's die temperature.
