Missing GPU Sensors for AMD's new RX 6700 XT

Recommended Posts

I am new to aida64 extreme, just purchased a new video card... a Nitro RX 6700 XT..

a picked up a little raspberry pi screen to display temps/utilization/etc.. I was just designing my screen and ran into this problem..

aida64 was detecting my old GPU (an NVidia 1060), its sensors worked perfectly.  I took it out, then plugged in the new AMD, it is definitely working, runs game, mines etc... I see it in Aida64 extreme "windows video".  but when I try add GPU sensors to the panel, there are no sensors available, I added RTSS FPS but it just displays 0.

I tried downloading the beta version of aida64, but have the same issue, no sensor appears for AMD GPU..

set preferences to wake GPU on startup, and rebooted to same issues..

is there anything else I need to do, or do I need to wait for a patch for new video cards?

Ran a sensor profiling dump:

Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at:

https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta

After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.

Let me know how it works.

Sometimes when stopping stability tests I got a Window popping up an error like "ACCESS VIOLATION IN MODULE AIDA 64.EXE , access violation at address aida64 1efa0174" and I can only close the aida 64 by task manager after that .
I think my computer is stable , at least it seems to be ...

Please add the CPU readings of:
      Fclk, Uclk, Mclk
and makes us able to add them to the sensor panel.
      As well as:
      Gpu memory Temperature
      Of AMD Radeon RX6000 series.

With HWinfo i can read/log them.
      But why not with AIDA?

      Cheers

      Hi All,
Firstly I love AIDA64. It is so feature rich I can't believe I used anything else for so long! I spent 5 hours yesterday fine tuning my LCD panel display on my Android Tablet!
I am running a Threadripper System with a ASUS ROG Zenith Extreme X399 TR4 Motherboard. 98% of the sensors are there there, there are just a few missing. For the Fans the latest AIDA Beta shows CPU and CPU OPT and CHA Fan 2. What is missing is CHA FAN 1, H_AMP_FAN, W_PUMP+ and the 3 CHA FANS on the extension board that Plugs into the EXT_FAN header.
As I am running a TR system that runs warm it important to be able to monitor the H_AMP_FAN and W_PUMP+ connectors as that will tell me if my Liquid Cooler is operating properly.
Let me know if I can provide any other info or testing to help.
      Regards,
      Lachlan.

Was wondering if and when AIDA will add support for these new APUs.
