  1. L3 cache read/write/copy speed can be difficult to measure accurately due to its large size and working behaviour (victim cache) so first try to measure your system multiple times and make sure you kill all unneded processes from the background that can affect the results.
  2. We have an issue with our ISP and hopefully will be fixed soon. Until that we applied some load balancing between other servers to speed up the downloads/updates. Thanks for your patience.
  3. The new AIDA64 update introduces support for Windows 11 and AMD 4700S processor, monitoring of sensor values on VoCore LCD displays, and supports the latest AMD and Intel CPU platforms as well as the new graphics and GPGPU computing technologies by both AMD and nVIDIA. 4. Thanks for the report. We've updated AIDA64 today, if you cannot see the values please restart the app.
  5. Try latest beta version of AIDA64
  6. The most basic things you should check, system overal cooling, CPU core temperatures and power supply. But of course it can be basically anything including the CPU itself or the motherboard.
  7. There may be a formatting difference. We don't know how WMIC gets the value exactly, but after looking a bit into this, there is a recommended way to query the serial, like this: WMIC path win32_physicalmedia get serialnumber maybe it helps.
  8. Yes, the core files of AIDA64 are 32-bit as 64-bit only needed to testing/benchmarking parts. Including details in the FAQ is a good idea, thanks. UPDATE: I've added a new FAQ entry about this.
  9. Reporting is the best way. Unfortunately these are real people, we have captcha and other spam prevention functions available in the forum engine. Now we testing an automatic moderation feature for new registrations that should remove the problematic content when it gets numerous reports.
  10. We have enabled more countermeasures againt spammers and will monitor activity more closely to prevent such issues in the future.
  11. Please drop a message to support @aida64.com and also attach your sensorpanel file so we can take a look.
  12. Thanks for the suggestion... currently we have no plans to implement such solutions in the near future.
  13. Thats not that easy, on a driver or hardware level when you access various devices you can get unexpected results all of a sudden after a firmware, driver or Windows update.
  14. You can add or remove sensor items on the OSD here, in AIDA64 Preferences
  15. Unfortunately, It is currently not possible to exclude some sensors from the polling. We've checked the possibilities to implement this but as it needs a major redesign in the code, we cannot estimate when it will be included in AIDA64.
  16. Thanks for reporting it. We are aware of the issues with Adrenalin and already discussed this with AMD. Hopefully new drivers will solve this problem.
  17. Thanks, we'll look into it.
  18. Currently AIDA64 can report Core C6 State (CC6) and Package C6 State (PC6) on AMD CPUs only. Support for detection on Intel CPUs will be added later.
  19. It is possible if you have a temp sensor / pump that is supported by AIDA64. Can you see the temperature info in Computer / Sensor page?
  20. Please try updating AIDA64 to latest stable version and let us know if you still experience this issue.
  21. This is an odd one... Please update AIDA64 to latest stable and check... let me know if you still experience this. Does that temporarily fix the problem if you right click on SensorPanel and hide it?
  22. SensorPanel and RemoteSensor is two different things, however you can try to export your SensorPanel on SensorPanel Manager and then import the file to RemoteSensor on AIDA64 Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / LCD / LCD Items (you need to switch file browser to All Files). You may need to do some adjustments like Gauges are not supported in RemoteSensor.
