  1. Please copy-paste the ticket number you got from the auto-respond here so we can find your ticket. Currently there are no open tickets about renewals so probably somehow you did not receive our reply.

I posted this as a support question but, after the auto-respond, heard nothing.

I am a registered user and would like to renew. I can find no way to do this.

  2. We have plans to extend AIDA64 monitoring functions to mobile devices such as iPhone with minimal configuration/setup needs. This project have a lot of potential for other interesting features as well so it needs brainstorming and planning to create a good platform to build these ideas and feature on it. I cannot estimate any time frame for this at the moment but we hope we can roll out something in the near future.

As the title says, is there a way I could send the data from AIDA64 to an iphone?

I would make an iphone app that displays a hud out of AIDA64 data. (think of a car cluster!)

I would like to send something like the HTML logging feature, but only the most recent row.

    any Ideas?

  3. We created a service helper application, this is an experimental feature at the moment and not part of the release package yet. I'm attaching it to this reply, please extract the files in the same folder where AIDA64 is installed, more details in the ZIP package.

Please let us know how it works or any ideas you have.

With the Business version of AIDA64, is there a way to run the program without have a current user logged in? Everything I see so far seems tied to either a user launching the application, or using a login script to run reports etc when a user logins. What if you want to run the reports and or remotely monitor the workstation after hours, when no user is logged in. I don't see any option referring to running it as a service, only references about running it hidden.

  4. Currently remote control only supports the primary display. What kind of resolution you using on the multiple screen computer and how many displays you have attached to it?

Is there a way to remote control a computer that uses multiple screens (as in extended desktop)? I have the business client.

    Thanks in advance.

  5. Okay thanks for the answers... One more, how do you start AIDA64 on the server side?

Let me clarify the problem. The only issue is the graphical portion of the control. All other functions are ok. Only when I use the graphical portion of the application is where I have the problems. Its seems to be connected, but there is now display of the controlled computer screen.

  6. Are the other AIDA64 remote features working good? What is the version of Windows you using (both server and client side)?

I just purchased the AIDA64 Business Edition and the Remote Control Function Does Not Work. When I Launch The App The Display Is Blank. I Have Also Install The Application On The Remote Computer. I Have Sent Both To Accept Incoming Connections. Can Any On Help Me With This Problem?

  7. There will be a page on www.aida64.com where all existing EVEREST owners will be able to convert their existing product key. As soon as it is available we'll push this information everywhere we can.

This sounds rather good, and is more in line with what I'm expecting from you (as it is you in particular I've dealt with when I had issues etc). ;)

Is there/will there be a webpage or something where I can easily convert it?

I guess this post might have been an overreaction from my side, but as it pointed to an issue which might have been overseen, maybe it was just as well.

    Regards

  8. You'll be able to upgrade to new versions (like 2.00) too within your 1 year period

I've recently purchased a license for AIDA64 which I understand is valid for one year for version 1.xx.

In the quote above you say you expect version 2 to be released later this year. If I want to upgrade to this will I have to purchase a new license even though my current one is valid until 6th October 2011.

  9. No, you can keep both softwares on your computer but please make sure you not running them in the same time to avoid possible conflicts in the background.

Great. Can't wait to install my AIDA64 copy.

Do I need to uninstall Everest before installing AIDA64?

    Thanks
