Thank you for confirming. We’ll follow up through your support ticket to let you know as soon as the refund has been processed and to clarify which license key will remain valid for updates until July 2, 2027. That is the proper channel for handling account-related questions and sharing any sensitive details securely.
We appreciate your patience while we sort this out.

Hi,
Yes, we’ve received both your support request and the PayPal dispute. We’re already checking what caused the issue, and we will refund the difference to your PayPal account as you requested.
Thank you for your patience!

Why no data, no capacity, no nothing except for the charge level? I have just paid to remove ads, but nothing changed.
Apple doesn't allow us to access detailed battery data, we can only rely on hardware database to obtain battery capacity and detect charge level. If you cannot see capacity and voltage info then please let me know the Device String from Device page or submit a report via the app (tap on the aida64 logo on the end of the page and select Submit report)

Please submit a report within the app (under support & about menu) so we can have a look.

Hi,
We rolled out a new kernel driver with the latest AIDA64 v7.60 update to enhance security and performance. This update is compatible with all versions since v6.75. The old driver will be phased out after March 31, 2025, so it's a good idea to update soon.
Details and instructions:

I'm also looking for a refund. I cant make it work.
We noticed your refund request posted here on Saturday. As with most companies, we also operate during standard business hours, and the forums are not the primary channel for handling sales inquiries.
We’ve already processed your refund, but for faster assistance in the future, we kindly suggest contacting our sales team directly at https://www.aida64.com/support/contactform. Initiating a PayPal dispute without prior communication can unnecessarily complicate the process.

This is Awesome!
However, could anyone guide us on how to save the panel in SPZIP format, and explain the benefits of doing so?
If anyone is familiar with the process, please feel free to share your insights.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Right click on the Export button on SensorPanel Manager and select SPZIP. We'll make this feature more and more public and even default in the upcoming versions.

So guys, as you may have already seen, AIDA64 v7.50 is out, featuring the new Core template and some additional updates like the SPZIP format and, most notably, the resizing feature.
What do you think about these new features? We felt the Core template would be helpful for newcomers, and the resizing feature marks an important step toward supporting different scales, DPI settings, and making it easier to design or redesign panels.

What is your device string? You can find it at Device page in AIDA64

Please let me know the device string AIDA64 displays, on Device page in the app

In some cases this error appears, we have a fix for this, available here: https://download.aida64.com/users/aida64_ext_centos7.zip

I'm curious about what resolution are you using folks. I've created a little poll, just to get a picture.

Some of you have reported a false positive alert from Windows Defender when downloading our software. We want to assure you that this is not a real threat and explain how you can verify it. We have scanned the latest AIDA64 Extreme v6.90 ZIP/portable version with virustotal.com. You can check the results on their website below. You can also check the MD5 hash of the file to confirm that it matches ours.

It should look like this, we did not receive any reports apart from you of an error

Very sad it has come to this.
The very premise and excitement of this thread has been lost with these new rules.
This thread grew because of the generosity members, and the fact that any panel can be modified. Panels submitted from the first posts of the thread had been modified. As a matter of fact, I am sure I can safely bet there are more modified panels in this forum as there are originals. Also the fact that it has been acceptable to modify a panel to a person's liking. And re-submit it.
Have people used other's work for monetary gain? Yes. Will these new rules stop that? No.
I am suggesting a rule that follows the premise of this thread, not kill the thread entirely.
There will always be those in any forum that will teasingly wave a piece of candy in a child's face and not give them any. We have seen examples of that here. Fine, be a dick. But dont expect praise.
There are artist here such as @COSTAJUNIOR and @Exhumed that put out some high quality panels for sale. I can only imagine how much time spent creating some of them. I only mention these two because they are the most prolific posters. It takes a lot of talent and skills to create some of these panels. If you dont want to pay for one -DONT BUY IT! Pretty simple huh?
My suggestion is to keep it as it always was. It is too simple to ignore or block the 'sellers'. Those that dont - choose not to. So quit whining.
Keeping it the way it was:
1) Post a just a screenshot if you just want to be a show-off dickhead.
2) Post a screenshot and the sensor file if wanting to share it for others to enjoy.
3) If a person does choose to share the file, they do so knowing the file can and most likely will be modded. No permission required.
4) If you have a problem with rule #3, dont post the file! Duh!
5) Anyone can download and mod any sensor file posted. Also resubmit the modded file for others.
6) If a person downloads, mods, and resubmits another's work, then credit should be given to original poster
Those 6 rules have always been acceptable here until the 'Seller Shit Storm' started. SHARING is what made this thread the biggest of the forum. That fact alone.
So let me reiterate; if you dont want your panel modded and shared, DONT POST THE FILE!
Now everyone will be happy once again.
I see absolutely no problem or issue with the rules I suggested. I am sure the majority will agree. But then it is The Woke World these days, so minority takes precedence.
If you agree with my suggested rules, then please speak up in the forums or PM an Admin.
Thanks for the suggestions but we see a bit different here. Of course the general rule that you don't post if you don't want your work stolen is true, but we had to put the rules in place so we can refer to it when we have to deal with a situation which got quite common lately.
Of course, if someone is not bothered by others modifying their work, all they have to do is to share it here and write something in the post like "feel free to modify, resubmit" etc, and it will be clear to everyone. By creating a separated topic for the SensorPanel sellers we believe it would be easier for newcomers and for existing members to find what are they looking for. We'll see how it works, of course we can still fine tune the rules and topics if needed.
Also, please keep your tone a bit lower and do not insult anyone who just wants to show off their panel or build. It is perfectly fine and can be very useful for anyone who is here to look for ideas.

This is the most visited topic on our forum, with the most significant number of posts. We are delighted that we have a great community around the SensorPanel in AIDA64, and we are thrilled to see such amazing work that you guys create. However, we have seen several arguments and issues about the increased number of promoted paid works and copyright infringement. We strongly believe in the importance of protecting intellectual property, but of course, it is not an easy task to monitor all uploaded work. To make the forum more feasible, we created a "Promote your SensorPanel" topic where you can put your work you want to sell to others without flooding the original topic. By doing this, we hope we can support the community here and drive it back to a more friendly and resourceful place.
New Rules
-
No advertising posts for paid resources, SensorPanels in the "Share your SensorPanel" topic. You can still upload your panels here to show them to others and discuss details.
-
You are only allowed to upload your own work here. The only exception is when you have proper authorization from the original owner of a SensorPanel to upload and modify their work.

We’re happy to see such a strong and creative community growing around the AIDA64 SensorPanel. To help organize shared content, we’ve created this topic specifically for advertising paid SensorPanel designs. Please use this thread only for that purpose so others can clearly distinguish between free and paid work.
Recently, there have been concerns about repeated promotions and copyright issues. While we support protecting intellectual property, it’s not easy to monitor every upload. This dedicated topic helps keep the main thread clean while still supporting creators who sell their designs.
Due to frequent complaints about repetitive advertising in signatures, we have disabled signatures forum-wide. We also ask that you limit posting the same design or minor variations to once per week to avoid flooding the topic.
Let’s keep this space helpful, respectful, and inspiring for everyone.
Rules
- Only post paid SensorPanel designs in this topic.
- Do not repost the same design or small variations more than once per week.
- Only share your own work or designs you have permission to post.

Thanks for noticing this, it is now fixed.
Is this still a problem

Hey, thanks for sharing your experience and being with AIDA64 for so long. Sorry to hear about the issues you had before.
Just to update you: we haven’t really seen many reports lately about blue screens or crashes, even with setups using MSI boards, Corsair stuff, iCUE, Adrenaline, and MSI Center. The latest beta versions of AIDA64 are built with a new 64-bit compiler and a lot of things have been reworked behind the scenes to improve stability, especially on newer hardware.
If you’re curious, I’d suggest trying the latest beta trial version on your new build to see if the issues are gone. And if you do run into any problems, please let us know.
