  1. Send me your existing product key in private message, and I'll check it for you.
  2. I've sent you a private message about this.
  3. G2A sells illegal (pirate) product keys for AIDA64. We now actively blocking such illegal keys to push back on criminal activities.
  4. What do you change exactly?
  5. Can you please send us a SensorPanel file that you have issues importing?
  6. It definitely reflects cache/memory subsystem performance much more than raw data crunching performance of the CPU cores on modern multi-core processors. Back in the day when we designed the benchmarks, when CPUs had one or two cores only, it worked as we planned You're right, we will either remove it or replace it at one point in the future. Till then, if you find it useless or too outdated, just ignore it.
  7. The result definitely looks off. Can you please upgrade to the latest AIDA64 beta build and check if it makes a difference? https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta In case it still looks off, then please check the bandwidth score with default (100MHz) BCLK, and let us know what score do you obtain that way. Also, please measure the bandwidth with 140MHz BCLK but with all E-cores (efficient/small cores) disabled if possible. Thanks, Fiery
  8. In most cases it happens because the video card has a PCIe interface to the host (motherboard) that provides only half the bandwidth that it usually does. So either it uses e.g. PCIe 3.0 connection instead of PCIe 4.0, or PCIe x8 link width instead of PCIe x16.
  9. The above mentioned new AIDA64 beta update is now available for download at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta
  10. Basically any LCD monitor that appears as a monitor under Windows would work with SensorPanel. That way you have no upper limit in dimensions.
  11. What version+build of AIDA64 do you have installed? What motherboard do you have? (exact model) What's the actual message displayed by AIDA64? Do you have the date+time properly set in Windows?
  12. The issue will be fixed in the next AIDA64 beta update. I will post a message into this topic once the new beta becomes available for download.
  13. Effective clock is only available for VRAM (video memory).
  14. You can enable the option called "Close" button minimizes main window to System Tray in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / General.
  15. I've sent you your AIDA64 product key in email, to both your email addresses. We've also requested our website to resend the license and order confirmation emails to you.
  16. Can you please post a screenshot of the page Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / LCD / AX206 where you've already enabled the AX206 LCD module using the checkbox?
  17. It's already available for download at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta
  18. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Video Debug --> ATI GPU Registers (if you have a Radeon GPU) or nVIDIA GPU Registers (in case you have a GeForce). Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Thanks, Fiery
  19. It's already available https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta
  20. Thank you! Your device uses the new Capellix protocol that we have very little knowledge about (yet) and so it's not supported at this time.
  21. Does it happen when you uncheck the subtest about system memory stressing?
  22. Thank you! Please try to do the following: start AIDA64, enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View. Right-click on the status bar --> HWMon Modules. Try to uncheck all modules first, and check what happens if you go to the Computer / Sensor page then. It should help. Then try to enable (check) the HWMon Modules one by one, and always go back to the Sensor page, press Refresh button on the tool bar, it's the 4th button from the left. Or press the F5 key, it will also refresh the current page. Check which HWMon Module makes the Sensor page get stuck. Let me know how it goes.
  23. Make sure to enable Corsair Hydro Platinum sensor support in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability. That module supports the following Corsair water coolers: - Corsair Hydro H115i RGB Platinum - Corsair Hydro H100i RGB Platinum - Corsair Hydro H100i RGB Platinum SE - Corsair iCUE H100i RGB Pro XT - Corsair iCUE H115i RGB Pro XT - Corsair iCUE H150i RGB Pro XT - Corsair iCUE H60i RGB Pro XT - Corsair iCUE H100i RGB Pro XT - Corsair iCUE H115i RGB Pro XT - Corsair iCUE H150i RGB Pro XT - Corsair iCUE H60i RGB Pro XT - Corsair iCUE H60i Elite - Corsair iCUE H100i Elite - Corsair iCUE H115i Elite - Corsair iCUE H150i Elite - Corsair iCUE H100i Elite White - Corsair iCUE H150i Elite White
  24. Thank you! Yes, polling the Corsair water cooler for sensor readings is what requires quite a few CPU cycles and that causes the slight increase in overall CPU usage impact each time AIDA64 polls the sensors.
