  1. Thank you! Your device uses the new Capellix protocol that we have very little knowledge about (yet) and so it's not supported at this time.
  2. Does it happen when you uncheck the subtest about system memory stressing?
  3. Thank you! Please try to do the following: start AIDA64, enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View. Right-click on the status bar --> HWMon Modules. Try to uncheck all modules first, and check what happens if you go to the Computer / Sensor page then. It should help. Then try to enable (check) the HWMon Modules one by one, and always go back to the Sensor page, press Refresh button on the tool bar, it's the 4th button from the left. Or press the F5 key, it will also refresh the current page. Check which HWMon Module makes the Sensor page get stuck. Let me know how it goes.
  4. Make sure to enable Corsair Hydro Platinum sensor support in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability. That module supports the following Corsair water coolers: - Corsair Hydro H115i RGB Platinum - Corsair Hydro H100i RGB Platinum - Corsair Hydro H100i RGB Platinum SE - Corsair iCUE H100i RGB Pro XT - Corsair iCUE H115i RGB Pro XT - Corsair iCUE H150i RGB Pro XT - Corsair iCUE H60i RGB Pro XT - Corsair iCUE H100i RGB Pro XT - Corsair iCUE H115i RGB Pro XT - Corsair iCUE H150i RGB Pro XT - Corsair iCUE H60i RGB Pro XT - Corsair iCUE H60i Elite - Corsair iCUE H100i Elite - Corsair iCUE H115i Elite - Corsair iCUE H150i Elite - Corsair iCUE H100i Elite White - Corsair iCUE H150i Elite White
  5. Thank you! Yes, polling the Corsair water cooler for sensor readings is what requires quite a few CPU cycles and that causes the slight increase in overall CPU usage impact each time AIDA64 polls the sensors.
  6. @B-L-A @QWYZkun @arath_93 @AJ1 @Babaz The issue will be fixed in the next AIDA64 beta update.
  7. @godzillaerikj Thank you, the issue will be fixed in the next AIDA64 beta update.
  8. 1) About DIMM thermal sensors, please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> SMBus Dump (Full). Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. 2) As for H150i, make sure to have Corsair Hydro Platinum sensor support enabled in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability.
  9. Do you have the option called Windows 11 CPU utilization measurement workaround enabled or disabled in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability?
  10. Do you have a Corsair watercooler attached maybe?
  11. What Corsair Water Cooler do you have? Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> Sensor Profiling Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Also right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> System Debug --> USB Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. Thanks, Fiery
  12. Your running an evaluation (trial) version of AIDA64. Once you purchase a genuine license and you enter your product key, those trial limitations will be removed.
  13. Please avoid posting a single issue into multiple topics. I've replied you in your original topic. This topic closed.

  15. Thank you, it looks quite interesting. Do you know if it's possible to send bitmaps to the screen directly over the USB connection using a proprietary protocol, using a Windows PC?
  16. Sadly battery state cannot be read from most devices (except for smart UPS'es) simply because they use proprietary protocol for that and their manufacturer wouldn't want to publish the method that's required to talk to the peripheral about detecting its battery state.
  17. I'm afraid we cannot reproduce the issue on our test systems. Does it happen with a clean installation of AIDA64 as well?
  18. I can't recall changing anything about the way AIDA64 handles network drives this year. So it's quite perplexing that you notice changes in behavior across beta and stable updates rolled out since December. If you can tell me which week of January or February do you reckon you had the beta installed, I can try to find the closest beta to that week and upload it for you so that you can download it again and check it out.
  19. Yes, it's listed as Supported USB Version on the Devices / USB Devices page in AIDA64.
  20. I suppose it's because the support & maintenance of your existing AIDA64 license has expired and so you're no longer eligible to receive updates to AIDA64. If that's the case, then please consider renewing your license at: https://www.aida64.com/support/renewal
  21. We will extend it to 8 pages in the next AIDA64 stable update due next week.
  22. It's scheduled for the last week of March
  23. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> SMBus Dump (Full). Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Thanks, Fiery
  24. That's actually normal, since a single DDR5 memory module manages two DDR5 channels.
