You can enable the option called "Close" button minimizes main window to System Tray in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / General.

Hello I have seemed to have deleted the email that had my product key in it, had to reinstall windows and now I can't get off the trial version.  I paid through a site called Barion.  I do have a record of purchased if it is needed.

I've sent you your AIDA64 product key in email, to both your email addresses.  We've also requested our website to resend the license and order confirmation emails to you.

I'm trying to set up to run a ax206 LCD Screen and have the appropriate drivers installed

I have gone into Preferences/LCD and enabled ax206 support, but when I click on "LCD Items" all I see is the screen icon in the top left ahnd corner and nothing more.

I have tried this on multiple versions of the software as well as on multiple PCs.

Selecting other LCD types doesnt seem to help either.

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction please :)

Can you please post a screenshot of the page Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / LCD / AX206 where you've already enabled the AX206 LCD module using the checkbox?

reverting back to  version 6.85.6300 restores the gauge.

Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Video Debug --> ATI GPU Registers (if you have a Radeon GPU) or nVIDIA GPU Registers (in case you have a GeForce). Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first.

Enabled cause i want to get more accurate utilization  reading on the cpu. When i disabled it, the cores come back without getting the bug of disappearing and reappearing.

So the new fix for cpu utilization   seems to be bugged, i would highly appreciate if you fixed this bug asap :)There are many more than just me who get this problem.

The bug will be fixed in the next AIDA64 beta update.

This setting is active. However, it does not appear.

Thank you!  Your device uses the new Capellix protocol that we have very little knowledge about (yet) and so it's not supported at this time.

So I've been tried unplugging every USB to see if it's a specific issue with one of the USBs with no avail. Any other potential sources it could be?

Thank you!  Please try to do the following: start AIDA64, enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View.  Right-click on the status bar --> HWMon Modules.  Try to uncheck all modules first, and check what happens if you go to the Computer / Sensor page then.  It should help.  Then try to enable (check) the HWMon Modules one by one, and always go back to the Sensor page, press Refresh button on the tool bar, it's the 4th button from the left.  Or press the F5 key, it will also refresh the current page.  Check which HWMon Module makes the Sensor page get stuck.  Let me know how it goes.

I noticed that in the list of new features v 6.88 claims Corsair AIO sensor support.  Can you tell me if I need to activate anything in the software to gain access?  Is there a special sensor name that I need to select in the sensor list?

Make sure to enable Corsair Hydro Platinum sensor support in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability.  That module supports the following Corsair water coolers:

    - Corsair Hydro H115i RGB Platinum
    - Corsair Hydro H100i RGB Platinum
    - Corsair Hydro H100i RGB Platinum SE
    - Corsair iCUE H100i RGB Pro XT

Since update 6.88.6400, I have lost the temperature sensors of my DIMM modules (checked in stability though) and Corsair Elite H150i support is normally supported, but no information available... (or I can't find it not - Asetek LC checked as shown in the doc..) Anyone have any info? Thanks

    1) About DIMM thermal sensors, please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> SMBus Dump (Full). Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first.

    2) As for H150i, make sure to have Corsair Hydro Platinum sensor support enabled in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability.

All the cpu cores utilization keep disappearing and reappearing every update cycle after the march update. This was seen in the beta for this update as well.

    I got windows 11 2h22

    Asus rog maximus z690 hero

    12900k

and a beada lcd for the  sensorpanel

Do you have the option called Windows 11 CPU utilization measurement workaround enabled or disabled in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability?

I have noticed that the latest update is using some CPU usage, whereas the previous version did not. I do have a Corsair Water Cooler which I presume is what is causing the difference in CPU usage.

What Corsair Water Cooler do you have?

Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> Sensor Profiling Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first.

    Hey Fiery,

just stumbled upon this Waveshare Display with USB-C Connection.

Any chances this could be easily integrated into Aid64 ?

If needed i would gift you one

Thank you, it looks quite interesting.  Do you know if it's possible to send bitmaps to the screen directly over the USB connection using a proprietary protocol, using a Windows PC?

Would be really cool if we could get the battery status on steelseires products on to the sensorpanel. Like be able to see how much battery is left in the headset mouse or keyboard.

Sadly battery state cannot be read from most devices (except for smart UPS'es) simply because they use proprietary protocol for that and their manufacturer wouldn't want to publish the method that's required to talk to the peripheral about detecting its battery state.

Hello AIDA64 official, I have found a serious issue while using the software recently. I use my smartphone to access AIDA64's "Enable RemoteSensor LCD" service via Wi-Fi. This function worked normally in versions before 6.7, but it doesn't work in the recent updates. Whenever I try to turn on the "Enable RemoteSensor LCD" option, AIDA64 crashes, and this issue is not occasional, it happens every time, which makes AIDA64 unusable.

I'm afraid we cannot reproduce the issue on our test systems.  Does it happen with a clean installation of AIDA64 as well?
