  1. We've implemented a completely new method to measure CPU core clock on Intel Core i3/i5/i7 processors. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1243bw4ylkfd0mzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works. Thanks, Fiery

  3. We've fixed the texture fillrate calculation in the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1243bw4ylkfd0mzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. As for the memory sizes, they can be confusing, but that's how Windows manages swap space and paging files. Even if you disable paging files completely, Windows will still manage some swap space. Quite hard to follow that logic, but that's just how Windows works
  4. Thanks for the feedback! Quite frankly, we have to do a lot of tweaks on the AIDA64 SMART handling module, and some of the issues now seem to be gone, fortunately. However, other issues related to Intel RAID drivers cannot be fixed from AIDA64, so we have to wait for Intel to update their drivers.
  5. Are you using AIDA64 latest beta release? http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1241ow5ief2yskzip
  6. AIDA64 collects pagefile info using standard Windows API call NtQuerySystemInformation (1st parameter = SystemPageFileInformation). In case it reports unexpected values on your system, it's not the fault of AIDA64. The previous issue (when pagefile utilization lines did not display for a while) was because AIDA64 didn't bother to display "0 MB / 0 MB" lines. As soon as the utilization climbed up from zero, it displayed those lines. Now it is changed, so even zero utilization is shown.
  7. Then I'm afraid we cannot do more to avoid the freezes We've done extensive tests in the past 2 weeks, and apparently the issue does not come up with Version 8 of Intel RAID drivers, but it does come up on certain configurations with Version 10 of Intel RAID drivers. The actual slowdown seems to be occuring inside Intel RAID drivers, so we hope Intel will eventually fix that and make us all happy
  8. Are you sure with over 10 GBytes of free physical memory Adobe Premiere would use pagefile?
  9. Our Support Department said they replied to your inquiry today. I'm sorry for the delays, the end of January was very busy for us support-wise, sometimes it's hard to keep up Regards, Fiery
  10. We've fixed the memory usage display issues on the Memory page. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1241ow5ief2yskzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works. It may or may not help about the thread count issue. Thanks, Fiery
  11. We've improved the Intel RAID array handling part of AIDA64. Hopefully it will eliminate the lagging issues when AIDA64 reads disk temperature from Intel RAID arrays (or from Intel AHCI SATA controllers). Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1241ow5ief2yskzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. 15. GTX580 video cards are not equipped with an ADT7473 sensor chip capable of measuring multiple temperatures.
  16. Upgrade license costs 30% less than a new license. We'll soon publish the upgrade prices on our web page. Meanwhile, you can contact our Licensing Department at the following email address for more information about the upgrade: upgrade AT aida64.com (replace AT with @)
  17. Thank you for the feedback
  18. Do you use Windows 7 64-bit?
  19. Does AIDA64 accept any type of connections, or you only have security issues with Remote Control, or Remote Monitoring, or Remote Reporting?
  20. Both AIDA64 Business Edition and AIDA64 Extreme Edition list the installed applications on the Software / Installed Programs page. Both AIDA64 Business Edition and AIDA64 Extreme Edition list the found software licenses on the Software / Licenses page. Regards, Fiery
  21. I'm not saying your CPU doesn't support those features I'm just saying AIDA64 reflects that information correctly, based on the registers of your CPU. Maybe your processor has its reasons to hide those features, or pretend it doesn't support them...
  22. Thank you for the feedback
  23. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the missing items to appear.
  24. We've fixed the Fan#3 issue, and added Pump#1 and Pump#2 RPM reading in the following new beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1236qs6kmn3yrzzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works. The flow rate monitoring will have to be implemented in a future version only, since AIDA64 Hardware Monitoring module currently doesn't support such measurements. Thanks, Fiery
