It means your CPU is overheating under heavy stress. Try to improve the cooling of your processor and/or your entire chassis.

The latest AIDA64 release (v7.30) implement a new option called SensorPanel pinning. It could help you about this issue. You can enable that option in AIDA64 / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / SensorPanel.

No, we don't have any specific features related to touch interaction.

1) You cannot use sensors that your hardware doesn't support. 2) Those are the sensors that are exposed via various hardware monitoring modules of AIDA64. It is almost the entirety of sensors, but some special ones only appear on the Computer / Sensor page.
