  1. Due to Covid everything's so volatile that we cannot foresee the future for more than a month right now. Also, lockdowns caused a peak in the interest for AIDA64, and that brought tons of questions, ideas, suggestions, bug reports, and generally an increased demand for improvement about our product. It's great, we're glad more and more folks start to use AIDA64 and find it useful, but that spike in the resources required to maintain AIDA64 caused (and still causes) a lot of stress for our team. As for UX development, it's definitely not for this year. We already have tons of stuff on our table to work on the engine (e.g. hybrid CPU support / Alder Lake optimizations, Zen 4, Jasper Lake, ModBus, Z590 motherboards, Navi 22 & 23, etc), there's no time and resources left for the "chassis" this year.
  2. Can you see those voltages listed on the Computer / Sensor page of AIDA64? If yes, then they should be available for the SensorPanel too...
  3. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps.
  4. You can check your PSU voltages on the Computer / Sensor page in AIDA64.
  5. @Vatash @JohanFeld @Badwolfe @merlindo @carluccifamily The above mentioned new beta update is available for download at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta Let me know how it works out for you.
  6. Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works
  7. Please note that we've further improved on the Kingpin 3090 support in the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta
  8. Please check the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works.
  9. We've added Mo/s and Go/s as special units for NIC download/upload rate items in the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta You can use Ko/s without issues, since it behaves just like KB/s.
  10. Thank you! Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps.
  11. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. We also had to update the Samsung SPF LCD driver at: http://download.aida64.com/resources/lcd/samsung_spf_lcd_driver.zip That package now has a new driver (2021) folder that supports SPF-85M device. When you have a chance, please let us know what default USB device ID your device has when it is working in mass storage device mode. I'm wondering if it's 04E8-2041.
  12. Try to copy the file libusb0_x86.dll into AIDA64 installation folder, and then rename it to libusb0.dll. It should help.
  13. That sounds very strange Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Video Debug --> nVIDIA GPU Registers. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Also right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Video Debug --> nVIDIA SMBus Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post.
  14. We need to check the GPU-related registers output to see where could we read VRM (or VRAM?) temperature from. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Video Debug --> nVIDIA GPU Registers. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Thanks, Fiery
  15. Put your values into the following Registry path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\FinalWire\AIDA64\ImportValues Name them as Str1, Str2,... Str10 to have 10 string values imported to AIDA64. Name them as DW1, DW2,... DW10 to have 10 integer (DoubleWord) values imported to AIDA64. If you place a value to one or more of those Registry entries, the values will get listed among the other sensor items for LCD, OSD Panel, SensorPanel, etc. Parsing a log file with a simple value would be possible, but mining has a lot of stats for a single device too, and mining system tend to have multiple devices...
  16. You've been warned and restricted from posting. Again, we do NOT tolerate that kind of language here.
  17. We've recently applied a major bugfix about AMD GPUs, so before digging any further, please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Please give this a few days and let us know if it makes a difference.
  18. It's not possible to directly access audio DAC on Android devices without rooting.
  19. It's because Ryzen Master provides an average thermal reading measured over a short period of time; while AIDA64 measures direct, immediate temperatures and not do any averaging or processing the measured values.
  20. Awesome, I'm glad the new beta worked out! Thank you for your help.
  21. Setting up your email account is not related to AIDA64 at all. We never ask or force anyone to send us an email via AIDA64 for Android. If Kaspersky wants to use our app to help their technical support, they should be responsible to lead you through the whole process. BTW, I'd appreciate it if you could dial down the arrogance and stop shouting (all-caps).
  22. I'm sorry, I thought you meant that you cannot send emails using our AIDA64 for Windows PCs software. You weren't clear about you're having problems with AIDA64 for Android, our mobile app Anyway, reading through your posts I suppose the main issue is that you have no email account configured on your Android device. You cannot submit an AIDA64 report to Kaspersky without having an email account configured.
  23. They should be available. But, you need to make sure to have both the following options enabled (checked) in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability: - Embedded Controller (EC) support - Embedded Controller (EC) bank switching Also, make sure to use the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta
  24. I'm afraid we have no further ideas on where to look about the BSoD
