  1. Many thanks for prompt action. I got the email today and have renewed for 3 years.
  2. I need to update my license. I tried the web page, but got the message Quote The results of your form submission: Your AIDA64 product key has been successfully verified. The entered license cannot be renewed automatically. Please contact us at upgrade@aida64.com End Quote I sent a request to the indicatred address on 28 September and got the automated reply the same day: Thank you for contacting us. This is an automated response confirming the receipt of your ticket. One of our agents will get back to you as soon as possible. For your records, the details of the ticket are listed below. When replying, please make sure that the ticket ID is kept in the subject line to ensure that your replies are tracked appropriately. Ticket IJT-564-30603 Since then NOTHING. I cannot now use the software since I don't have a new key to enter and it therefore closes. Grateful if this could be expedited. As I'm in UK I would prefer to pay in UK Pound sterling.
  3. There is a suite of write benchmarks, but take care as it will erase whatever is on the drive you want to test, I had a screenshot, but am getting error with server when I try to attach it. So in words: Tools menu, Disk benchmark, should open at the About tab, scroll down in that window.
  4. For what it's worth, on XP pro SP3, with Aida 1.85.1649 open, I have no problem, CPU-Z 1.58 opens normally.
  5. No. You could try Nirsoft's bluescreenview (free): http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
  6. Try unblocking the .chm file: right click on the .chm file, click properties. If on the general tab you see a button 'unblock' click it, click apply. The unblock button disappears once the file is unblocked.
  7. Alternatively, if the drives (volumes) are named, use the drive names. For example my C:\ drive is named 'System', my second drive D:\ is named 'data'. Acronis TI, for example uses those names, which Aida ought also to be able to access easily.
  8. On XP pro SP3 (32 bit), with nVidia 8800GT I don't seem to be able to find the video benchmark stated to be one of the new features in 1.50. Is that only for 64 bit OS? Or have I not looked hard enough, if so please tell me where it is. EDIT I have found the new FPU VP8 benchmark. Did not realise that was it until I read the (incidentally excellent) explanation page at http://www.aida64.com/product/aida64-extreme-edition/benchmarks
  9. No problems here I just extracted the 1.50 zip file over the 1.20.xxxx ones. It does not show trial. So presumably my key was OK.
  10. Ah, thanks, yes they are there, labelled as memory controller, video engine. I assumed sensor page because of the title of this thread.
  11. I don't see those in Aida 1170, but do in GPU-Z 0.4.9? XP Pro SP3 nVidia 8800GT EDIT: but they do show in preferences sensor icons and appeear in systray when checked.
  12. Confirmed. Also refresh does not add the data for theexternal USB drive. One has to close/restaert Aida for those to show.
  13. File menu/preferences/general, icons style dropdown box, you can select Win7, XP or 2000.
  14. Although I'm running XP pro SP3, I like the Win 7 icons.
  15. Very relieved that this phoenix has risen from the ashes and that Fiery is here too :-)
