make sure your hub transmits data, some hubs are power only

Thanks Loyd. My device type C connection was connected directly to my system port, not a hub. Many people have problems using USB type C to connect. The only way for the device to work is by connecting it to a 9-pin USB header.

I have 2 turzx monitors, a 5" and a 3.5" kinda testing, both are plugged into a hub and both are c with an usb plug. one is under aida and the other under turzx software.

Mine is an 8.8" 1920 x 480. I guess my device's USB type C port is faulty; even changing to a different type C data cable was unable to connect. I tried it on my data hub, and I was also unable to connect too. Luckily, the 9-PIN works, if not become trash.

Oh well, mounting the device in the PC case is also not bad, hiding the cable. Use it as a decoration sensor panel😁. I also can use it to test if the sensor readout fonts are too small to read from my siting position when designing the panel skins😁.

The turzx software detects it and works perfectly, the only dilemma is that being connected to a 9pin nzxt hub even if internal, it does not detect it, but from the usb dump it works perfectly

Have you tried connecting your device directly to the 9-pin USB header on your motherboard instead of using NZXT Hub? As I mentioned in my previous post, you also need to "Exit the software and turn off the device" before enabling the Turing LCD support in the AIDA64 preferences.

Yes yes of course I tried to connect it directly a few hours ago and go out and turn off the device but nothing

There is no way I can get it to work😭

Hi everyone. I have the same problem with Turzx 8.8 monitor. Its program sees it without problems both in USB 9 pin and in USB type C. but Aida continues to give me Error: COM port not found. I have tried everything. The display is brand new and is practically 7 days old, so I think it is up to date. My PC is the latest generation. Thanks to anyone who can find a solution

Wrong forum thread! If you have software issues with Aida64, please post them in the appropriate subforum.

Teria algum painel 864 x 2880 ou próximo disso?

You can use the search in the top right corner to look for your desired resolution, but so far, there are no skins available in that resolution.

Since I changed CPU and GPU, I took the opportunity to update mu sensor panel.

Duo the 5090 Astral capability of monitor the wires for the 12V Connector, I added in the monitor so I can be aware for possible cable issues that could lead to melt issues
