  1. Sensor support for your motherboard will be implemented in the next AIDA64 beta update.
  2. Please avoid posting a single issue into multiple topics. I've replied in your other topic. This topic closed.
  3. In order to have a proper driver installed for an AX206 device, what you need to do is the following: 1) Download the Samsung SPF LCD driver digitally signed by us (FinalWire) from: http://download.aida64.com/resources/lcd/samsung_spf_lcd_driver.zip 2) Extract the ZIP package into a folder on your PC, e.g. C:\1 3) Right-click on the Windows button on the Taskbar --> Device Manager 4) In the Device Manager look for the device entry for the AX206. It should be inside the group called Other devices 5) Right-click on the AX206 device --> Update driver --> Browse my computer for drivers 6) Click on the bottom button: Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer 7) Select Show All Devices --> click on the bottom Next button --> click on the Have Disk button 8) Navigate to the folder where you've extracted the ZIP package into and select the .INF file there 9) In the Select the device driver you want to install for this hardware window feel free to choose any of the devices, e.g. the first one called Samsung 1000P Digital Photo Frame 10) Click on the Yes button in the Update Driver Warning message box 11) You're done with driver installation and can start using the AIDA64 AX206 module Please note that this process of driver installation applies to both Windows 10 and Windows 11.

  9. Thank you for your feedback. Please note that on many devices the standard Android Battery API is inadequately implemented, and fails to provide proper charge counter information for the battery. If you want, you can hide the incorrect charge counter information from the Battery page by unchecking the charge counter option in the AIDA64 Settings. If you could post a screenshot of the System page of AIDA64, we can fix the issue about battery technology (Li-Po).

  15. It's not about money, but the lack of skills on our part I suppose We'd love to add it for $0 as long as someone tells us what has to be done.
  16. CPU #n is the physical CPU package/socket index, which can only be a single CPU for most desktop and mobile PC's. Core #n is the core index. SMT Unit #n is the thread index, but it's only available for multi-threaded cores. Efficient cores (small cores) are not multi-threaded, so SMT Unit #n is not shown for them.
  17. You can check that information on the bottom of the Motherboard / CPU page.

  19. We will add the requested new option to the Preferences / Stability page in the next AIDA64 stable update due tomorrow.
  20. Please verify if you used the same account to buy the IAP (the "Remove Ads" in-app product) than what you've used to install AIDA64 from the Play Store. We've already seen issues about using multiple Google accounts. Also, make sure to install all updates from the Play Store, and reboot your device. In some cases that alone helps to get Google Play Services to sync its caches with the information stored on Google's own servers. Please note that we don't manage IAP or any kind of purchases. Everything is handled and managed by Google Play Services, and so when such a mixup happens, it's not because there's a bug in our app, but due to a mixup in Google Play Services. We would love to help you in such cases, but we have basically zero insight into how IAP is handled by Google, and we have the same zero control over managing the purchases :-(
  21. Unless you have another hardware monitoring software installed (or any portions of e.g. Asus' own monitoring tool left behind), I suspect this is due to a BIOS bug. Asus X370 and X470 motherboards use a unique & proprietary solution to provide access to sensor registers, and I personally always felt it was a shaky implementation. The whole interface was quite buggy at the start, and I felt as if Asus' engineers had a hard time to make this work in a way to avoid any collisions with other BIOS layers.
  22. We've implemented support for HX1000i 2022 and HX1500i PSU's in the latest AIDA64 beta update available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta Let me know how it works.
