It looks like some other software is handling the SmartCool display device and that prevents AIDA64 from opening a device handle for it.

Do you have GSkill WigiDash software running in the background?

I'm sorry, but that message will only go away once you update to the next AIDA64 release that will be fully optimized for your CPU.

AIDA64 v7.35 is not yet fully optimized for Ryzen 9000 Series. However, the difference between the results obtained by the upcoming optimized benchmark methods vs. the current benchmark methods are only noticable in: the CPU AES benchmark -- where the next AIDA64 release will provide cca. 8% higher score the FPU Julia benchmark -- where the next AIDA64 release will provide cca. 65% higher score the FPU Mandel benchmark -- where the next AIDA64 release will provide cca. 64% higher score Please note that the above mentioned percentage boosts are measured on our Ryzen 9 9950X test system. Other SKUs may behave slightly different.
