Got Aida64 via Asus motherboard purchase, how to get product key?
Fiery replied to Qwinn's topic in General Discussion
You can switch to the regular AIDA64 Extreme Edition by downloading the latest AIDA64 beta ZIP package from: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta Extract the ZIP content into the existing installation folder of AIDA64. Let it overwrite any existing files. It will retain your existing settings and your license as well. After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. -
Memory benchmark popup warning message.
Fiery replied to Apache's topic in Benchmarking, system performance
Virtualized environment are formed around sandboxed software too. In your case it's most likely that something forces AIDA64 into a sandboxed environment. -
In the short run I cannot promise a quick & easy fix for that issue. We may be able to come up with a workaround, but most likely it can only happen next year.

Memory benchmark popup warning message.
Fiery replied to Apache's topic in Benchmarking, system performance
We feel the message is quite self-explanatory. In order to obtain proper and trustworthy benchmark results you need to make sure AIDA64 benchmarks are not executed in a virtualized environment. If you keep virtualization active, it will affect benchmark results. You can live with that, of course, but then I'd personally not run AIDA64 benchmarks and just focus on the other features AIDA64 provides you with. -
Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC not detected correctly
Fiery replied to steeviebops's topic in Bug reports
Thank you, we'll fix the issue in the next AIDA64 update. -
Please post a similar screenshot of the System page of AIDA64 too, and we will fix the issue in the next AIDA64 app update. Thank you!
-
It's not possible right now.

AIDA64 doesn't support measuring battery state of PS or XBox controllers.

Your motherboard hasn't got any identification strings encoded that would let us identify it or tell it apart from other motherboards. I'm afraid due to that limitation we cannot automatically have PCH diode temperature measurement disabled for your motherboard. You need to ask the manufacturer of your motherboard to either add proper identification strings to the DMI block, or you need to patch DMI in a way to add the motherboard product name into the DMI block, or ask the manufacturer of your motherboard to fix the BIOS bug that causes the whole mess about PCH diode temperature measurement.

Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC not detected correctly
Fiery replied to steeviebops's topic in Bug reports
Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> OS Debug --> Windows Update Dump. Please let us know what value is displayed in the line starting with GetProductInfo near the top of the results of that dump. It should be something like 0x00000030 Thanks, Fiery -
You can find it here: https://download.aida64.com/resources/lcd/ax206_lcd_driver.zip

Thank you! Somehow the standard AMD graphics API (ADL) is either missing or fails to work on your system. Can you please try to reinstall the video drivers, and maybe upgrade to the latest beta version of 22.10.1 as well?
-
Can you please check what AIDA64 reports as Manufacturer and Product on the Computer / DMI page, inside both the System and Motherboard subpages? I hope those values will help us identify your motherboard properly.

Do you mean GHz or GB?

Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works

Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Video Debug --> ATI GPU Registers. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Also right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Video Debug --> ATI SMBus Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. Thanks, Fiery

We've contacted Asus to seek a resolution to this issue.

We can disable PCH Diode temperature measurement specifically for your motherboards if you could kindly let us know what motherboards do you have, as it is shown by AIDA64 on the Motherboard / Motherboard page. Please post that for both motherboards.

1) Individual core temperatures are only supported by Intel processors. 2) DIMM thermal sensor support has to be enabled in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability in order to have DIMM temperatures measured. 3) On top of that, you need to enable the following 2 options (in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability) as well to have all sensor readings unlocked for Crosshair VIII Extreme: - Embedded Controller (EC) support - Embedded Controller (EC) bank switching
-
It's already supported, but only if you enabled DIMM thermal sensor support in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability.

Sensor long response time? (NZXT Kraken X-2)
Fiery replied to twiisted's topic in Hardware monitoring
We've added a new option to the Preferences / Stability page to let you disable the Kraken X-2/X-3 sensor module in order to avoid those slowdowns. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. -
Those licenses aren't genuine ones and soon AIDA64 will refuse to work when you try to use any of them. Try to ask for a refund at CJS.

After a few unsuccessful attempts, our app is now in the Jolla/Harbour Store again, now with 64-bit binary too. I’d appreciate it if you can check how it works on a native 64-bit device. Make sure to check the Sensors page as well as try to save a report to file if possible.
