  2. Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1158cbv3slyk8nzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps. BTW, the slowness was due to a bug in Intel's Rapid Storage Technology drivers. We've already notified Intel about this issue. Thanks, Fiery

  4. Thank you for the bug report. We need to release a new AIDA64 beta to fix that up. Stay tuned, it will be posted in our Downloads section in an hour or so.
  5. We have just published our online EVEREST upgrade system, and also the press release about the recent events concerning Lavalys and EVEREST: http://www.aida64.com/news/finalwire-acquires-and-discontinues-everest http://www.aida64.com/everest-upgrade Let us know here in this topic if you have any concerns or questions about the upgrade procedure.
  6. We (FinalWire) had a very long and exhaustive negotiations with Lavalys, basically since we left Lavalys in September. When we rolled out AIDA64 in early October, we had no chance of using Lavalys corporate data, hence we couldn't notify all EVEREST customers about the upcoming transition. And back then, we weren't even sure how the transition would go, and whether anyone gets hurt in the process, e.g. us, Lavalys, or any EVEREST customers. The good news is, we managed to close the negotiations with Lavalys with 100% success yesterday, and now FinalWire owns all Lavalys assets, incl. the internet domains, the technologies, the products, corporate data, customers data, etc. We have also got full authorizations to take over EVEREST customer base of course, to support them, and to make sure they can fully exploit the support & maintenance period they paid for. I can assure you, noone will be left behind! As for your case, we'll offer you and every other users who has an active EVEREST license [active license means the maintenance period is not yet expired] a chance to migrate (upgrade) to AIDA64 free of charge, and so continue getting free technical support and free software updates for the time left from the maintenance period of their EVEREST license. We'll also provide a chance to purchase an AIDA64 upgrade license for those with an EVEREST license that is not active anymore, ie. a license with an expired maintenance period. An AIDA64 upgrade license will of course be cheaper than a full, brand new AIDA64 license. We'll have to do some "house-cleaning" about the Lavalys acquisition this weekend, and also change our website (http://www.aida64.com) to make sure it can perform the migration of EVEREST customers to AIDA64 flawlessly (e.g. implement AIDA64 upgrade license in our Online Store, perform upgrade procedure, etc). We are planning to officially announce the whole thing in 1 or 2 days from today. We'll also send out a message about the transition to all EVEREST customers, and everyone who was subscribed to the EVEREST Newsletter as well. I hope this clarification will be adequate to reassure you that we're still here for you, and we will make sure you won't have to "swallow" anything Regards, Fiery
  7. The same feature is supported in AIDA64. You can activate the WMI feature in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / External Applications. Regards, Fiery
  8. You need to enable PCI operations, and disable Multi-GPU support Then all sensor readings should be available, except for the ones for the secondary GPU.
  9. No need to do that. I suppose Ckit uses a key that he got when he upgraded from EVEREST to AIDA64 in our campaign between Oct 06 and Oct 20. That key had a maintenance limit that expired around Nov 15. So it's normal that he may not be able to run the latest beta.
  10. 1) The temperature doesn't appear for any drives at startup? Or it's only missing for the primary drive? 2) Does the temperature (or temperatures) appear 20-30 seconds after starting AIDA64? Does it disappear sometimes, even after it first shows up? 3) Do you have such issues with other software as well? E.g. HD Sentinel? 4) What motherboard and HDD(s) do you have? Thanks, Fiery
  11. Thank you for the feedback The 10 additional temperatures are the MOSFET temperatures. We're not 100% sure if they actually show valid values, but in case you deem they show a "real" value (a temperature measurement that may be real), and the measured values vary (they're not stuck at a single value), then I suppose they should be valid.
  12. Thank you for the feedback! PCI & PCIE clock speeds would require a support for the onboard clock generator chip. If you can tell us what's the model number of that chip, we can check if we can find the documentation for it Thanks, Fiery
  13. All of you, please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1155bv4sdn8ytxzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it makes any difference. Rooie: I suppose in your case it's a ULPS-related issue. Please try to disable Multi-GPU support in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability, and check if it fixes the lockup.
  14. Thank you for the photos. Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme Edition available at: http://www.aida64.com/downloads/aida64extremebuild1155bv4sdn8ytxzip After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works. Make sure to compare all measured values against the ones shown by MSI's own application. Thanks, Fiery
  15. Thank you for the dumps. Thanks, Fiery
  16. Thank you. A couple of questions about various readings: 1) Please let us know what RPM does the missing fans show on average? We can see a potential fan spinning at only 620RPM in the debug info, and another one spinning at only 550RPM. Do you think they can be the fans (SYSFAN2, SYSFAN4) that you're missing from AIDA64 readings? 2) Do you have any temperatures missing from AIDA64? Maybe one that's labelled North Bridge Temperature or NB Temperature in the BIOS Setup? We can see a potential temperature reading around 40 Celsius in the dump, but not sure if that's a real temperature reading. 3) In case MSI's own monitoring software called "OverClockingCenter" supports your motherboard, can you please send us a screen shot of its sensor readings, while showing AIDA64 Sensor page side-by-side with MSI's sensor readings? So we could compare the measured values "head-to-head" to verify if there's any other readings that we should fine-tune or correct. Thanks, Fiery
  17. 1) Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> ISA Sensor Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic. 2) Also right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> SMBus Dump (Full). Copy-paste the full results into this topic. 3) If it's possible, please make a screen shot that shows Biostar TPower2 readings side-by-side with AIDA64's Sensor page, so we can compare the readings by the 2 software "head-to-head". Based on that data we may be able to implement the requested voltage readouts. Thanks, Fiery
  18. 1) Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> ISA Sensor Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic. 2) Also right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> SMBus Dump (Full). Copy-paste the full results into this topic. We'll check out that data to see where the missing fans could be Thanks, Fiery
  19. In order to upgrade to AIDA64 v1.20, you need to purchase a new, full AIDA64 license, since the free Everest to AIDA64 upgrade meant that the free license were valid only for AIDA64 v1.00. Regards, Fiery
  20. We haven't got a response from Unwinder, so I've taken the liberty to alter his Everest Plugin to make it suitable for AIDA64: http://www.aida64.com:8081/rivatuner_aida64_monitoring_plugin.zip This is just a quick & dirty job, but it seems to work well
  21. Thank you! You were the first customer to opt for an extended support & maintenance period As for the new feature, we've already started working on it, as we've posted here: If all goes well, the new feature will debut in AIDA64 v2.00 in about a month from now.

On the new AIDA64 Testimonials page professionals from Hungary, Russia, UK, and USA explain how AIDA64 helps their everyday job while analyzing and benchmarking various PC hardware components. Licensing changes Following the requests coming from early AIDA64 adopters, FinalWire today extended the limitation of AIDA64 Extreme Edition license usage. From now on, a single AIDA64 Extreme Edition personal license can be used by a single person, on up to 3 computers. With a single license it is now possible to run AIDA64 Extreme Edition e.g. on a desktop computer, on a notebook, and on a netbook as well. In the AIDA64 Online Store now AIDA64 is available with 2 or 3 years support & maintenance period. With the extended maintenance period FinalWire customers are entitled to receive technical support and free AIDA64 updates for 2 or 3 times longer than what the regular license permits, while enjoying a substantial discount.
