  1. Ryzen Master uses averaging on the thermal readings, as opposed to AIDA64 that shows the immediate thermal readings. We prefer not to process the thermal readings and just show the values as the processor reports them.
  2. Please note that it's not possible to diagnose such issues remotely. You may want to take your phone to a local specialist and have it checked out.

  4. Thank you for your feedback. Please note that on many devices the standard Android Battery API is inadequately implemented, and fails to provide proper charge counter information for the battery. If you want, you can hide the incorrect charge counter information from the Battery page by unchecking the charge counter option in the AIDA64 Settings.
  5. We haven't tried a RAM disk, but it sounds like an intriguing idea. As for the URL, if you set one, you can click on the image and it will open that URL in your web browser.
  6. Have you checked these guides? https://www.aida64.co.uk/knowledge-base/how-automatically-inventory-your-pcs-domain-using-gpo https://www.aida64.co.uk/user-manual/aida64-user-manual
  7. We generally recommend using the System Stability Test in 2 sessions. First, check CPU, FPU, Cache, System memory, and optionally you can add the rest as well if you want. Run it for a few hours and check if everything works smoothly. Then, in case the first sessions succeeds, run it again, but this time with only the FPU subtest enabled. That will put the most stress on the processor and drive it to its limits in terms of thermals and power draw.
  8. Quite frankly, I have no idea what that error means. We're not the authors of Passmark so it's hard for me to comment on that. What you can do via AIDA64 is to put the maximum amount of stress on your computer by using the System Stability Test (AIDA64 / main menu / Tools / System Stability Test), with only the FPU subtest in there enabled (checked).
  9. Thank you, we've banned "her". We keep banning such users, but it's tough to follow their activity since they avoid spamming us, forum administrators...
  10. Make sure to close AIDA64, and verify if it still has a running process using Windows Task Manager (in case it gets stuck at exit). Check if aida64.exe process is still running on the Details tab of the Task Manager. If it is still there, kill it via the End task button. Now you should be able to remove any remaining files of AIDA64. Please avoid swearing on this forum.
  11. No, I'm afraid the SensorPanel doesn't support such a visual module.
  12. You can use popular tools like Axialis IconWorkShop, Photoshop and Gimp.
  13. Importing is not useless, but you gotta adjust your layout in case there's a DPI setting discrepancy between the system where the layout was originally created and your current system.
  14. I don't have an answer to those. Only nVIDIA and AMD knows how exactly that temperature is measured on any given GPU of theirs.
  15. AFAIK it represents the hottest temperature measured across the whole GPU package.
  16. Please post a screenshot of the Cache & Memory Benchmark panel of AIDA64 too. Also right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> CPU Debug --> CPUID & MSR Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. BTW, does the other benchmarks -- CPU Queen, FPU Julia, etc. -- that you can start from the left menu of AIDA64 main window work? Thanks, Fiery
  17. It sounds like a hardware issue to me. Try to contact the person or store you've bought it from and seek for a resolution to your issue.
  18. AIDA64.REG.INI file is created and updated when you have the option NoRegistry enabled in the AIDA64.INI settings file. In that case AIDA64.REG.INI acts as a proxy for Registry, hence it's normal that it's being updated frequently.
  19. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> ISA Sensor Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. If you know it, then please also let us know the correct motherboard model for your computer. Thanks, Fiery
  20. The issue has been fixed in the latest AIDA64 for Android app update of v1.78 which is already available in the Play Store.
  21. What do you by "it doesn't update" ?
  22. It means the sensor cannot provide temperature readings, but maybe capable of protecting the memory module from overheating.
  23. It could be a number of issues, e.g. motherboard failure, PSU failure, weak PSU, etc. It's hard to tell, so you may want to take your PC to a local specialist and have it checked out.
  24. That's not the latest AIDA64. Make sure to upgrade to AIDA64 v6.33: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xe
  25. Please disable (uncheck) the option SMBus access through ACPI in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability. Also enable (check) the option DIMM thermal sensor support on the same page. After you've done with that, restart AIDA64 to apply the changes. SPD information should now be listed properly. You can check the Computer / Sensor page of AIDA64 to find out whether your memory modules provide thermal readings.
