  1. I suppose what happened is that the AIDA64 kernel driver got stuck inside the Windows driver cache. Try to uninstall AIDA64, scan for your HDD/SSD for any of its remaining executable files (AIDA64.EXE) and remove them in case there're some left over. Restart Windows, and scan the HDD/SSD for KERNELD.X64 file, and remove them if there're any left over. When you're done with it, everything should be back to normal and you should be able to reinstall AIDA64 properly.
  2. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta Let me know if it fails to fix the issues.
  3. It's in the system menu of the AIDA64 app.
  4. On processors that have a large L3 cache that serves a lot of CPU cores, it's very tough to avoid some background process or service to write something into the L3 cache. There's no real solution to this issue other than re-running the L3 read bandwidth benchmark 10 times or until you get the highest score possible. Just double-click on the box that is in the row of "L3 Cache" and in the column of "Read" to re-run just the L3 cache read benchmark.
  5. It's hard to say what could have happened. My best guess is that anti-aliasing is now disabled on your video card. Try to reinstall AMD video drivers and check if it fixes it.
  6. Thank you! We will fix the issue in the next AIDA64 beta update. I will post a message into this topic once the new beta build is available for download. (sorry to repeat myself here )
  7. Thank you! Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know how it works.
  8. 1) The LPT LCD module supports the T6963C protocol, but you gotta make sure your device uses the "T6963C Standard" wiring that AIDA64 expects to have. You can check the wiring in the AIDA64 LCD Guide at: http://download.aida64.com/resources/lcd/aida64_lcd_guide.pdf 2) Some music players are supported, you can check the Media Title, Media Status and Media Position sensor items in the System group in case your music player is supported. 3) Yes, you can use both simultaneously. 4) Samsung SPF support will not be discontinued in AIDA64, but the devices themselves are already discontinued by Samsung years ago.
  9. If they disappear, it means the EC registers polling collide with a background process, most likely by an Asus software component. As for the water flow, Asus motherboards seem to use different formulas to convert the Water Flow "fan" RPM reading to LPM/LPH. AIDA64 uses the most common conversion formula that may not suit your current configuration. You can use the Correction facility (AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Hardware Monitoring / Correction) in order to apply a ratio (multiplier) on the flow rate reading to make it right.
  10. I don't think there's any problem. Windows 10 does a lot of funky things in the background which could wake one ore more cores up from their sleep state from time to time. As for the temperature differences: please note that Ryzen Master calculates both thermal and clock averages in order to smooth out spikes in their readings. While AIDA64 keeps measuring immediate readings that will indicate (and in some cases reveal) spikes.
  11. Do you have both Embedded Controller (EC) support and Embedded Controller (EC) bank switching enabled in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability?
  12. Do you have Valorant Vanguard anti-cheat software installed?
  13. The power consumption on the +12V rail seems to jump up once you enable EC support in AIDA64. Do you experience any lags or latency issues when you have EC support enabled?
  14. Yes, sadly, certain Asus motherboards are sensitive to 3rd party applications polling the EC for sensor readings.
  15. Thank you for your feedback. We don't release install packages for beta builds.
  16. Please post a screenshot or copy-paste of the Computer / Sensor page of AIDA64. Make sure to have all voltages shown on the screenshot (if it's a screenshot).
  17. Thank you. Can you please try to find the one item (one line) that keeps disappearing and then appearing again on the Sensor page? Such issue could cause the page to refresh itself and scroll up to the top.
  18. No, but we're currently working on measuring the power consumption of nVIDIA video cards directly, in Wattage
