  1. Thank you for letting us know about the cause. Quite frankly I've had no idea what it was about, and that's why I haven't posted a response yet Was your log file a local file or on a special location?
  2. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Disk Debug --> ATA Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Also right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Disk Debug --> SMART Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. Thanks, Fiery
  3. Thank you! What is already supported in AIDA64 Beta Build 5468 is Apex 7, Apex 7 TKL and the regular Apex Pro. We're adding support for Apex Pro TKL in the next AIDA64 beta update due in a few days from now. I'll post a message into this topic once the new beta build is available for download.
  4. Thank you for letting us know about the resolution. Thankfully 2004 is only installed by a handful of our own computers. I guess Microsoft can see such feedbacks and they're holding back the new update to "plague" all systems
  5. With your current motherboard you may indeed be stuck about this issue I'm sorry about that, but as sensor solutions get more and more complicated, we got to the point where it cannot be properly used by 3rd party applications. Fortunately things will change a lot next year.
  6. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps.
  7. Do you have an AMD GPU?
  8. I'm afraid not. But HWMonitor Pro can do that for you.
  9. Send me your email address in private message and I'll send you the base image.
  10. It shouldn't have, but it'd be worth trying it with only AIDA64 running.
  11. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps.
  12. Yes, it's important, since on many Asus motherboards polling EC (Embedded Controller) registers to read various sensor measurements could cause latency issues. In such cases it's best to let go of a few sensor readings in order to make it smooth again by disabling the two Embedded Controller related options in AIDA64 / main menu / File / Preferences / Stability.
  13. I've replied you in the other topic. Please avoid posting a single issue into multiple topics.
  14. I'm afraid we're not skilled in hardware development issues. Maybe the topic opener romP44 can chime in.
  15. Thank you. My best guess is that the Chipset and TSensor1 temperatures aren't provided as a meaningful value by the current BIOS of your motherboard via the Asus WMI ACPI interface.
  16. I'd design a single page with a higher resolution than what the device supports, and zoom in on the part that is of interest at any given time.
  17. Try to wait 5 minutes after starting the memory stress test due to the slow memory allocation by the Windows kernel I've explained above.
  18. Thank you for your feedback. Please note that fake device manufacturers and vendors target respected Play Store apps like AIDA64 by designing their products around the idea to fool those apps with fake device properties reported via standard Android API calls and Linux kernel files. It's best to avoid fake devices rather than blaming apps.
  19. Thank you for your report. We will fix the reported issue in the next AIDA64 app update.

    Light sensor

We don't have any technical information on that.
  21. I've sent you your AIDA64 Extreme product key in email.
  22. With the FPU subtests it's not just thermals but also the overall system power draw is maximized too, so it will heavily stress motherboard and PSU components.
  23. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> System Debug --> USB Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Thanks, Fiery
  24. Thank you for the data. We've checked, and the reported temperature on your MSI Z170A motherboard is properly measured by AIDA64. If you're still in doubt, please check it with another monitoring software, preferably one made by MSI themselves. As for your Gigabyte B550 motherboard, we will fix that issue in the next AIDA64 beta update due later this week. I'll post a message into this topic once the new beta build becomes available for download.
