  1. Please submit a report from the About page, and we will fix the reported issue in the next AIDA64 app update.
  2. Please submit a report from the About page, and we will fix the reported issue in the next AIDA64 app update.
  3. If it's possible, then of course. In fact, we're ordering it as soon as it becomes available in online shops. It should be in a week from now.
  4. Yes, EVE2 and EVE3 are both fully supported by AIDA64.
  5. SensorPanel can be moved from your primary screen to your secondary screen.
  6. Please upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps.
  7. How about BeadaPanel? They have 5-inch and 7-inch screen as well now: https://www.ebay.com/itm/BeadaPanel-5-LCD-Display-USB-Single-Cable-Monitor-w-Touch-for-Raspberry-Pi-4B-/114107118418
  8. AIDA64 doesn't support Unicode encoding right now. When you have the proper codepage configured for non-Unicode Windows programs in the Control Panel, you will see the characters all the right way. There's no need to alter the language modules.
  9. Please note that it's not possible to diagnose such issues remotely. You may want to take your phone to a local specialist and have it checked out.
  10. In our opinion SMART attribute names/descriptions are highly technical terms and so it's best to leave them in their unaltered English version. I've removed the links from your post because our anti-virus software threw a warning on them.
  11. I guess you can see that info on the Processor page of our app. If so, then the Manufacturer there refers to the manufacturer of the processor (a.k.a. CPU or SoC), not the manufacturer of the device as a whole.
  12. Thank you for checking it out. When the GPU sensor module is disabled, please make a screenshot or photo of the Computer / Sensor page of AIDA64. Try to maximize the window so the most possible sensor readings become visible on the photo.
  13. Such issues occur because of a collision between the BIOS and AIDA64 or another software and AIDA64. When multiple processes try to read an EC (Embedded Controller) register, they can collide and report an incorrect reading. We'll implement a workaround for this issue in the next AIDA64 beta update. If the problem persists or another reading also turns out to be incorrect sometimes, please let us know.
  14. I don't think this issue is related to our products, since AIDA_Compact or compact.exe are not part of AIDA64.
  15. Please avoid posting a single issue into multiple topics. I've replied you in your other topic.
  16. We've checked with NZXT GRID+ V3, Firmware version 1.4, CAM v4.8, and GRID+ V3 fan readings are measured by AIDA64 just fine as long as you close CAM.
  17. I'd definitely stop running such demanding tasks in case the system is overheating. I'd first fix the cooling problem and then check out how much better it gets in terms of the maximum temperature reached in the FPU subtest of the AIDA64 System Stability Test.
  18. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> System Debug --> USB Dump. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. Thanks, Fiery
  19. After the upgrade make sure to restart Windows. It should help. If not, please let me know.

  21. We'll implement Gbps and GB/s unit conversion in the next AIDA64 beta update
