  1. Riing Quad seems to use a new protocol that currently is not supported by AIDA64. We'll order a Riing Quad set and check out the controller's new protocol and will implement support for it if possible.
  2. If you could kindly ask one of your contacts to contact us about this matter, that would be very helpful.
  3. I've sent you a private message about this.
  4. It's not possible to measure individual core temperatures on AMD processors.
  5. I think it may just work as is right now. Just select an EVE3 display with the same resolution. Have you tried it yet?
  6. It's not the memory module per se, but more the fact that your motherboard uses a proprietary and quite unique, EC (Embedded Controller) based sensor solution that is not yet supported by AIDA64. We'll work on it as soon as we can gather the necessary technical information on the EC of your motherboard.
  7. It's actually absolutely normal. On many 4K devices (e.g. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium) and 4K displays, Android itself uses 1080p resolution for apps, and will only switch up to the full 4K resolution mode when you're watching a movie or looking at photos.
  8. Power draw of individual components are supported already as long as they provide such a measurement. And no, and it's not possible to show a total power draw for the whole computer because it's not possible to measure power draw of every component in a PC.
  9. We only show official codenames of Android releases.
  10. We can support it as long as it can run our existing Tizen phone app or Android app.
  11. The list of apps shown on the Apps page would be a lot longer if it included system apps. We may add them as a separate list below the current one.
  12. Check Matrix Orbital's EVE3 Series too.
  13. AIDA64 for Android will show you the properties of the default screen, as the device came from the factory.
  14. Please post a System Debug / PCI Dump as well. Thanks, Fiery
  15. Where is your flow sensor connected to? Motherboard? An AquaComputer device? Maybe something else?
  16. What sensor readings do you miss from AIDA64?
  17. Please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> nVIDIA GPU Registers. Copy-paste the full results into this topic, or attach the results as a TXT file to your post. You may need to enable status bar in AIDA64 / main menu / View first. BTW, is the memory clock reported incorrectly when your video card is under load? Does GPU-Z report the same as Afterburner or the same as AIDA64? Thanks, Fiery
  18. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let me know if it helps. If not, then please post a screenshot of the Computer / Sensor page of AIDA64 to let us check the currently measured fan headers and their labels.
  19. It's because in order to support a wide range of GPU's, it uses the industry standard GPU compute API OpenCL. And with OpenCL you issue a computing task that loads the GPU to 100%, and you need to issue the new task to the OpenCL layer once it finished. That new task then gets compiled by OpenCL which loads the CPU but not the GPU. At that stage momentarily the GPU gets to "rest" a bit and then the new computing task begins. And then the cycle goes on...
  20. That's tough, there aren't many options that we know of. This one may be closest to your requirements: https://www.matrixorbital.com/eve3x-39a Matrix Orbital has a fleet of 1U displays but I don't think any of them would be a colour graphical display Aquaero 5 and 6 are killer ones but they only implement a monochrome graphical screen. Crystalfontz has the CFA835, but it's also grayscale: https://www.crystalfontz.com/c/usb-lcd-displays/graphic/2
  21. Judging by the HID device information, this one uses a different USB protocol to transmit bitmaps than the Rival 710 mouse or the Apex 5/7/Pro keyboards. So it's not straightforward to add support for this. We would either need to know what HID packets we need to send to the device to transmit the image data, or have a device here to use as test unit. I'm not sure how skilled you are about such deep stuff: do you think you could find out the packet structure to give us specific guidelines on how to talk to the device to transmit the image data?
  22. Yes, as long as it's available. But certainly more direct than WMI which is a high-level, hardware agnostic interface.
  23. AIDA64 only uses WMI as a temperature measurement interface on certain mobile computers. But, it only goes WMI (which is a slow interface) when the CPU thermal reading cannot be measured using a direct method.
  24. AIDA64 doesn't poll AquaComptuer devices for all available measurements, but only those that we reckon are relevant to our typical customers.
  25. Make sure to upgrade to the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at: https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade. Let us know how it works.
