    I have a question, there are some very beautiful designs here, but whenever I try to import them, it works, but nothing looks like it does in the picture here. Everything is shifted and the sizes are not correct. What can I do to import it as it should be?

    This Issue is discussed many times in the forum:

    Scaling issues?

    Q: I import a sensorpanel and its changes the size and re-aranged objects

    Q: How to avoid scaling problems with sensor panels?

    A: Two things usually cause that

    • You do not have the proper font installed. (The default font is loaded instead)
    • You do not have Windows scaling set to 100%

    A: When creating a sensor panel, make sure that you set the scaling in Windows to 100% and that the resolution in Aida64 is correct. The manually set sensor panel dimensions are saved directly in the sensor panel file and are automatically applied when loading for the first time.

    Q: How to check the panel size?

    • Right click on "Aida64" Task bar Icon > Settings > SensorPanel > SensorPanel Size

    Scaling issues? (Windows)

    Fix: Try setting "DPI compatibility mode" for aida64.exe

    It's a Windows compatibility setting that you apply on the EXE itself. Locate AIDA64.EXE (C:\Program Files (x86)\FinalWire\AIDA64 Extreme) aida64.exe > properties > compatibility > change high DPI settings > activate "Override high DPI Scaling behavior" to System. Scaling performed by: 'System' (from the drop down) > Ok/Apply > Restart Windows > Load/import panel and check if it works now.

    Once you've done this, make sure that your SensorPanel properties are set to match the new panel before importing and you have a better chance of being successful.

    Troubleshooting not working?

    Users who have this scaling problem and cannot resolve the error with the known "fixes" unfortunately have to manually re-align each individual object.

    I prefer the sensor panel file to update/refresh automatically after I make some changes. A refresh/update button is acceptable if it can't be done.

    I agree the automatically refresh is the BEST option. A new Beta is released and it says the following:

    SensorPanel Item dialog / new option: cache image

    I do not know if it has anything to do with our conversation above!

    I would have asked if it is possible to get one old feature back. If I make a panel and add a sensor (custom gauge) to panel and upload  images to sensor. However, if I want to change sensor images to a different size or change color, I won't see change without closing entire program and reopening it. Old one stays in some cache and doesn't update until I close entire program and reopen it. Really annoying. Previously, you could change on the fly and see the change immediately and didn't have to close entire program and then reopen it. Or would it be possible to get some kind of "update panel" button in the program? I'm using the latest beta. @Fiery @Mice007  I'm putting this same question in two threads.

    I agree here as "Update Panel" button would be a great idea. That way, at least , we do not need to close and re-open the panel to see the changes!

    Thank you CostaJunior,

    I did have a look via that method and had the same outcome as you. I appreciate you trying and looking for me

    The resolution that you have mentioned 1920x780 is not that common. Please check the resolution again as commented by JariKoi as it seems to be 1920x720

    If the resolution is 1920x780 then please read below else ignore:

    You have two solutions:

    THE BEST METHOD:

    1. Download any panel from the thread, which is near your resolution specs (as mentioned by JariKoi above) and play around with it to convert it to resolution required:

    https://forums.aida64.com/topic/13296-share-your-sensorpanels/?_fromLogin=1

    While converting, if you face any issues or have any questions/concerns, you can always post them in the above thread as everyone there is very supportive and happy to help!

    THE METHOD WHICH IS THE LAST RESORT:

    2.A few people are interested in making the panels for you with a nominal fees.

    If you need any help or information around anything, please dont hesitate to reach out!

    why would we want to save in the SPZIP format?  What is to be gained?

    The only observation I have is that the file size was reduced: the original .sensorpanel file was 21 MB, but after saving it as SPZIP, the size decreased to 10 MB.

    Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    I got the answer to this feature. Its a kind of hidden feature:

    Right click on the Export button on SensorPanel Manager and select SPZIP. As per Admins, they will make this feature more and more public and even default in the upcoming versions.

    This WORKED!!

    Wow, it worked and its kind of "HIDDEN FEATURE" ;)

    As we normally click on Export and Right clicking on any button is something New.

    Thank you for your response. It worked perfectly!

    You can now use high-resolution images and scale them down to any resolution.  This helps a lot when you're not sure about e.g. what size of a gauge you'd wanna use as your SensorPanel layout evolves.  Also, it helps to support high-DPI monitors.

    Background image support is simply just a checkbox that you can tick to make sure the image you choose will always be resized to the actual dimensions of your SensorPanel.  This also comes in handy for high-DPI monitors.

    Thank you for your response.

    I have no idea why you have decided that it is YOU, a person that has contributed NOTHING, that has to save this forum. Have you bothered to look at my post history? I have shared several of the most popular panels on this website for FREE. I have also helped people with advice and tips on this website for FREE.   Look at the upper right of the page, I am one of the top posters in this forum, all for FREE.  In addition to all of the FREE content that I provide I also make custom panels for people that give me designs to start from. I charge between $5-$15 per panel for HOURS of work. No one is getting rich selling panels.

    The irony here is that it is actually people like you that are driving away talented contributors. They are getting tired of defending themselves and have moved on.

    You should avoid accusing other users of things based on your own assumptions without proof. Inappropriate behavior in the forum can, in extreme cases, lead to an account ban.

    If someone sells sensor panels that were offered to this community for free but are no longer available, this is against the forum rules and a violation of copyright infringements. If someone has clear evidence of this, report this user to us, the moderators or the forum admin.

    Selling sensor panels is allowed in the corresponding sub-forum. But only if these panels and graphics were all created by yourself and do not contain any elements from other free and or paid sensor panels that could potentially infringe the rights of the owner. We punish violations of this with a permanent ban.

    I Strongly Agree and Stand by all the points mentioned and clarified by @Exhumed

  19. Hi AIDA Developers and Dear @Fiery,

    We appreciate the recent addition of the ability to add multiple images for States 0-15 while using a Custom Gauge, with AIDA seamlessly sorting them. This feature has proven to be extremely beneficial in streamlining the user experience.

    Building upon this functionality, we would like to request the following enhancement:

    Feature Request: Allow users to add any number of images to the Custom Gauges, and for AIDA to automatically calculate the total count of images. Based on this count, AIDA should be able to dynamically calculate and adjust the corresponding Step or Gauge percentage assignment to the image added.

    This improvement would provide greater flexibility and accuracy, ensuring that users can seamlessly manage a variable number of images while maintaining consistent and reliable performance in their sensor panel setups.

    We will not be required to use multiple 8 Layers for 100 states and just simply need to fill Min/Max value and AIDA algorithm will work as per the following examples!!

    For example:

    If I select 16 images, the rule is:

    Images Used Maximum Number Sensor valuue from AIDA Step
    0 15 (Or 16-1) <= 0%
    1   <= 7%

    12   <= 80%
    13   <= 87%
