Test time for 500 GB increased from 9 minutes to 27 minutes, but the graph is very smooth, all speed is shown exclusively using SLC cache.

What do you mean by DLL 3.2?  Do you use the same Windows version across the test runs?

From old version 3.2 of Aida64. There were used different AMD/Intel computers and different windows updates, even complete reinstallation of windows.

I was asking because quite frankly we've changed very little in the past 10 years about the Disk Benchmarks.  So whatever difference you may experience could just be because of changes happening in and about the Windows kernel and the way Windows treats storage devices.

However, replacing a single file without changing the system can solve this problem.
