Hello AIDA64 team and community,

I am writing to request native support in AIDA64 for the WeAct Display FS V1 0.96" (160x80 RGB565, USB CDC interface).
This display shares significant hardware and protocol similarities with the Turing Smart Screen 3.5", which is already officially supported by AIDA64.

Technical Specifications:

Display: 0.96-inch, 160x80 RGB565

Host Interface: USB 2.0 Full Speed (CDC), reversible Type-A connector

Its similarity to the Turing Smart Screen 3.5" suggests integration into AIDA64 could be relatively straightforward, potentially by extending the existing driver.

It would be greatly appreciated if the AIDA64 team could evaluate adding this display to the list of natively supported devices.

I am available to provide further technical details, testing, or the USB dump to anyone interested in implementing support.

Thank you for your consideration.

Hello. I have a 7-inch USB-C IPS display. It works under Windows 11 and is displayed in Device Manager. I downloaded the driver from lcdwiki.com. How can I use this display externally with AIDA64? It's not showing up under "LCD" for me. Information about display can be found here: https://www.lcdwiki.com/7inch_PC_Sub_Display Thank you for your help.

It's a shame that you don't even get a reply.

Thank you!  We will implement support for WeAct 0.96 and 3.5 inch displays in the next AIDA64 beta update.

Hello! I ordered the display from AliExpress.

Thank you, we've ordered one.  Once it arrives, we'll jump on it to see if we can implement support for it in AIDA64.

Let us know how it works.

Thank you so much!

After installing its corresponding device driver, your device (Win USB Display) actually acts as a secondary monitor under Windows.  So there's no need to implement native USB display support for it, but you can simply use the SensorPanel facility of AIDA64 with your display.

Of course, I've already done that. It would be clearer if there were up to 8 pages. On my other PC, I have an 8" TURZX, and it's much clearer there. For now, I'll use the sensor panel and hope that this 7" LCD display will eventually be supported. Thanks for your work!

I'm sorry, but we do not deal with such displays that can be used as a secondary monitor.  Theyt already work with SensorPanel.

I just purchased the new version of Aida64 Extreme, and my panel is not listed there. I did a rather dumb thing, and I asked google AI if my 14.5" VS Display is supported in a newer version of Aida64 under LCD, and it said "yes", so I bought it. Model VS145ZJ01A.

There is a grand total of 11 monitors (sensor panels) listed in the new Aida 64, and my monitor is not one of them. Why is there only 11 monitors listed under LCD? How do I add more?

I'm getting a lot of "Aida64 won't work with monitors under the LCD heading, you have to use them as a desktop extension and use the sensor panel setting in Aida64".

The panel I purchased says it is capable of both, using USBc for both signal AND power, just like a sensor panel.

This monitor can also use a HDMI connection, but I have no interest in setting it up as a desktop monitor.

This monitor needs to be set up like a Beadapanel would be. However, the new V8.XXXX software only has 11 sensor panels (hardware) listed under LCD. My old Aida 64 software had about 30 or 40 of them. What's going on? Where did all the other sensor panels go? It seems I paid for new software that has less support!

Is there any way to get this to work under LCD or do I have to return the monitor? I still have my old Beada panel, but it's just too small for my needs now.

The more I read about this the more it seems it's not going to work. Now I am reading from the google AI that the USBc port on this monitor does not handle video over USB, but rather requires USBc with Display Port Alt Video Mode. LOL, I purchased a Internal USB to USBc cable just for this purpose. What a waste of money.

If this is true, then I am just wasting my time. I will return this monitor and get my money back. Too bad I'm stuck with this $60 bill.

Are there any 14.5" monitors that WILL work with Aida64 using only USB for video under the LCD heading?

Help me Obi-Wan Kanobi, your my only hope.

1) AIDA64 v8.xx hides all LCD protocols that have no corresponding device connected to the computer.  This is because the number of protocols became too large to handle and sort out.  You can still do a right-click --> Show All on the LCD tabs to make all LCD protocol pages appear.

2) I'm afraid we are not aware of any external displays that would be 14.5" and would not act as an external monitor.  Your best bet is to connect your device as a monitor and use the SensorPanel facility of AIDA64 with it.
