I have set all of my custom gauge states but the gauges just randomly disappear on my sensor panel leaving only the number, is there a fix to this?

Where do you store the custom gauge images?  On a local hard drive or SSD?  Do you have all states defined?

Please check the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at:

https://www.aida64.com/downloads/latesta64xebeta

After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.

Let me know if it helps.

This solution I found in another thread related to images disappearing also solved my problem with the custom gauges.  The solution I found is to make the .PNG files that you use for each state on the gauge as small as possible by removing as much metadata as possible.

Hope this helps someone out!

worked, images cant have meta data at all...wonder why ?

The issue is caused by the embedded thumbnail data of PNG files.  If you remove that from the PNG file, it works fine with AIDA64.

We're working on a bug fix about decoding PNG images in AIDA64.

Here's the fix for the PNG loading issues:

Let us know how it works with your PNG images.
