  12. Are you sure the issue is related to AIDA64? Also, what exactly is the mentioned 4-inch screen? Is it connected via USB or HDMI?
  13. What happens when you try to import a .sensorpanel file using the SensorPanel Manager's Import button?

  17. What I meant to say is that we don't import data from Aquasuite as a software, but we do support a wide range of AquaComputer devices (hardware) directly. It's necessary to do so in order to assure AIDA64 can interact with AquaComputer devices even when Aquasuite is not installed. We may need to order a similar device than yours. Can you please post a link to the AquaComputer webshop for your device so we can make sure to order the same device that you've got? Meanwhile -- until you device arrives -- please help us a little bit by right-clicking on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> System Debug --> USB Dump.   19. What motherboard, CPU and video card(s) do you have in your computer?
  20. When you have Odospace LCD support disabled, does the same issue come up after hibernation/sleep?
  21. We've checked, and your motherboard is supposed to be fully supported by AIDA64 v6.32. If it's possible, please post a screenshot of the Computer / Sensor page of AIDA64. Make sure to try to make all sensor readings visible by resizing the AIDA64 window to its maximum height that fits on your Windows Desktop. Also please right-click on the bottom status bar of AIDA64 main window --> Sensor Debug --> ISA Sensor Dump.   22. As I've stated above, AIDA64 will not import data from Aquasuite. If you could explain what information do you miss from AIDA64 that is available in Aquasuite, as well as details on your hardware configuration (e.g. what AquaComputer hardware do you have), I may be able to provide more details or have a better understanding on what you're coping with.

  24. I'm afraid EKWB refused to provide us with any technical documentations or any help on supporting their hardware in our software. You and other EKWB customers may want to put more pressure on EKWB in order to kinda force them to be more open and collaborative.
